Meghan Markle might have walked away from her podcast but she will be all ears on Queen Camilla's podcast.

After Prince Harry dropped many bombshells in his memoir Spare, it seems like Camilla also has some things she wants to say in her new podcast, The Reading Room. If some may recall, Meghan's Archetypes podcast was cancelled after one season and was anticipated by many. Meghan had sat down for personal interviews with artists, athletes, and experts discussing the history of stereotypes against women. The podcast lasted 12 episodes and she had an over $22 million deal with Spotify.

According to Denise Palmer Davies, a royal expert, Camilla got "her own back on them" after some of the things she has said about the queen. "After all the hurtful things Harry has said about Camilla, she has finally got her own back on them," Denise explained. She also thinks the Duchess of Sussex will be "livid" as well and "a bit embarrassed."

Denise said: "If her podcast does well, and I am sure it will, she will have achieved in an area they so desperately wanted to succeed in, then that is the perfect revenge." She added: "I bet Meghan in particular will be livid over the whole thing, and probably a bit embarrassed that hers fell at the first hurdle."

Though Meghan's podcast ended after one season, she did win a People's Choice Award for pop podcast of 2022. Meghan was not present to accept the prize at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. Instead, she and Harry were in New York City for the Ripple of Hope Award Gala, where they were given an award for their work in racial justice and mental health through their Archewell Foundation. She might have not been present but she did thank her listeners for the award through a statement on her website.

She wrote: "I loved digging my hands into the process, sitting up late at night in bed, working on the writing and creative." She added: "And I loved digging deep into meaningful conversation with my diverse and inspiring guests, laughing and learning with them, and with each of you listening. It has been such a labor of love with an amazing team who were each instrumental in helping to bring this series to life. Special thanks to Terry Wood who was my right hand in this special project, along with Catherine, Rebecca, Andy, Matt, and the wider team who all worked hard to make each moment resonate."
