If you've had your sights set on the trending YSL Leather Hobo Bag, your eyes might have started watering when you spotted the £1,755 price tag. The timeless classic is certainly an investment, but if that is money that you're not willing to spend, shoppers have found a much cheaper alternative for £89.

The Charles & Keith Cesia Metallic Accent Shoulder Bag gives you the Saint Laurent look for less, coming in the same black colourway and featuring a similar gold hardware front that makes this design so popular. Of course it isn't embellished with YSL, but shoppers have said, "dare I say it's the same exact style it just doesn't have the YSL logo."

Other users were quick to agree, commenting that the Charles & Keith accessory is "very durable and affordable," with one person saying that although it isn't made from leather, which is the biggest difference between the high street and designer bag, "the material might even be thicker."

Charles & Keith's version also comes with a zip to keep your belongings safe, and in the same fashion as YSL, features an adjustable strap that can be shortened or lengthened to suit you, making it comfortable and easy to wear.

When it comes to size, the height and depth of the two bags are practically the same, with YSL measuring at 16cm tall and 6.5cm in depth, and Charles & Keith 15cm tall and 6cm in depth. They have the same width of 23cm so you won't be missing out on much room, and with a saving of £1,666, it's a sacrifice that will be worth it to most.

Better yet, Charles and Keith stock a whole range of bags that are similar to their designer counterparts, including the likes of Celine, Coach, and Prada, which you can browse below.
