Here's whats on offer for Sky deal shoppers

Sky is one of the most popular TV providers in the UK thanks to its range of high-tech devices, easy-streaming set-ups and access to hundreds of channels including cinema and sports. And its latest 2024 deals could see you cut hundreds of pounds off your next plan.

The provider gave eager shoppers a sneak peek at its New Year deals straight after Christmas by dropping a huge £288 off its Gigafast Broadband package, a £180 saving on its popular Sky Stream and Ultrafast broadband combo, as well as offering up multiple ways to get free Sky TV and Netflix.

A snapshot of the best 2024 Sky deals so far:

Products like Sky Glass, Sky Stream are in high-demand when it comes to TV streaming while money-cutting shoppers often turn towards its broadband deals to lock in a saving. Sports fans aren't left out either as the retailer is known for dropping price of Premier League football channels and offering the latest boxing matches.

Like most UK providers, including rival Virgin Media, Sky customers used to have to comit to a fixed contract, often lasting for around 18-months. Although recent deals on its products often gives shoppers the chance to pay slightly more each month (varying between £3-£8 extra) to have the flexibility of a one-month pay as you go plan, this means you can leave penalty free.

Below we've rounded up the best 2024 Sky TV deals so far that will help you lock into a money-saving deal before they come to an end. If you're interested in other retailers than you can take a look at our Virgin Media round up, here. So, let's get started.

Sky Glass is the provider's only smart TV fitted with integrated Sky Stream, so users can access all featured channels from their remote and voice 'hello Sky' activation. And its newest Sky Glass and Sky Live deal will let you watch your favourite Netflix and Sky TV channels for free... for five months.

You won't pay a penny for either of the two services until you hit month six of your contract a deal that will save you a huge £130 as the price drops to £20 a month for the first five months before upping back to £46 a month for the remaining 13 months of the contract.

And here's exactly what you'll get with the £130 saving:

  • 5 months free Sky TV & Netflix on us with Sky Live
  • No dish. No messy wires. Everything built in
  • Easily search across all your favourite apps
  • A choice of three Sky Glass TV sizes; 43", 55", 65"

Another popular Sky deal, that seems to be flying on its site, is the three-month 'build-your-own' Sky Glass offer. This will see shoppers pay just £14 a month for the first three months.

Sky Stream may just be one of the provider's most popular TV products, the tiny top set box can essentially transform any brand of TV into a smart device, giving you access to a host of channels. Yes, it is the same tech that's integrated into the high-end Sky Glass sets. Although adding Sky Stream, Sky Cinema, Sky TV channels, and a basic Netflix plan into one contract will actually save you money compared to taking them all out separately.

A Sky Cinema package will give you access to a whole host of Sky Original films, as well as the massive range of hit shows and movies on Paramount+ at no extra cost. This means you'll be able to enjoy hundreds of Hollywood films like Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Spider-Man: No Way Home and Scream for no added cost.

In total it'll cost you £26 a month, if you lock into the 18-month deal, although users can pick the £29 a month option if you want a 31-day rolling contract - and you can leave at the end of each month penalty-free. Sky's 2023 better-than-half-price broadband deal is on its Sky Stream, Netflix, and Full Fibre Broadband bundle. Customers can get the package for £39 a month, cut from its usual £43 a month price tag - a total saving of £72.

Its Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband plan includes speeds of 145Mbps with wall-to-wall wifi, Sky Broadband Shield, and quick speeds. And it's not the only option that'll help you save this year.

Cut £288 of your broadband to save well into 2025

Packed with speeds of 900Mbps the plan has been reduced to £42 a month, something which usually costs £58 a month, saving you £288 across the full 18-month contract.

And if those speeds are a little too punchy for you then it’s not the only deal option around. Broadband shoppers are on the hunt for a smaller option, ideal for small households or casual working from home and streaming, then take a look at its Full Fibre Ultrafast plan.

The £9 a month price drop will see you pay £29 a month, a big price difference from its usual £38 per month rate. With speeds of 145Mbps and a full contract saving of £162, it’s a good option for eager January sale shoppers.

Other current Sky broadband deals are included on its Superfast 80 plan, Full Fibre 100, and Ultrafast +, which you can browse online.

Pay half price for your mobile data

Sky's half-price data plans are proving to be a popular choice for shoppers, and pairing with a new handset (be it Apple, Google, or Samsung) will help cut the total price of your plan. The deal is pretty self-explanatory, shoppers will simply get double-the-amount of data compared to its standard prices.

For instance, you could opt for a 100GB a month SIM (usually £28 a month) and pay just £14 for six months, or pay £12 for its 70GB a month deal, and so on. You can see the full range of half-price data deals here.

A mobile deal to keep your eyes on is its huge £192 saving on the Samsung Galaxy S23 with an extra £100 cashback and a free pair of Galaxy Buds FE. It's a huge steal but soaring demand means it's currently out of stock, although the deal isn't due to end for another couple of weeks, so you may want to keep checking for added stock.
