The will be 'double trouble' heading to South Africa for Love Island All Stars as the ITV2 show will bring back a related pairing that first spiced up the villa in 2020 when they starred in the first Winter Love Island series.

This time, blonde identical twins Jess and Eve Gale will be hoping to turn heads again as they head back to the reality show in hope of finding love. They have not clicked romantically with anyone since they returned from their first appearance on the show, though Jess has had some dates with Cardiff City footballer Malachi Fagan-Walcott.

Sources have said that it is hoped that the twins' bubbly personalities will make them a hit with viewers once again, after impressing the last time they were on the show. A source told The Sun: "Adding sisters to the mix offers another dynamic to the action and they are bound to turn heads when they arrive and cause a stir with islanders who are already coupled up.”

The show, hosted by Maya Jama, starts on Monday, January 15, and will be its first multichannel launch with it being broadcast on ITV1, ITV2 and ITVX at the same time, with it being the first time it has featured on the primary ITV channel.

Meanwhile, Maya Jama has spilled the beans on the upcoming series of Love Island All Stars during Friday's This Morning. Maya confirmed the All Stars line-up is made up of contestants from the first ever series of the ITV2 show all the way through to stars that enjoyed a stint in the Spanish villa just a few months ago - teasing it will be a good mix of "some in their thirties, some in their mid twenties."

With the former islanders knowing what will make good television, Maya mused, "I feel like it will have a lot more drama," as they look to make their second, or third, appearance on Love Island one to remember. Maya also revealed how Love Island All Stars will be very different compared to the last two series of the ITV2 series, confirming the old islanders will be able to retain their social media accounts and allow their loved ones to post on their behalf during their time in the South African villa.

This change follows ITV bosses banning Love Island stars from handing their Instagram passwords over to friends and family ahead of Maya's presenting debut in January last year, in a bid to prevent the reality TV stars' accounts being flooded with online abuse and comments from trolls.
