Andrew Tate has been accused of choking a woman until she passed out and threatening to kill her in a new Channel 4 documentary.

The woman has joined three others who have accused Tate of sexual violence between 2013 and 2016 when the former kickboxer lived in the UK, and they are set to file a civil lawsuit against him for damages. Tate is also facing rape and human trafficking charges in Romania alongside his younger brother Tristan. They both deny the charges.

In the documentary, 'I Am Andrew Tate,' the woman alleges she met Tate in 2014 when he was a nightclub doorman and that what started as consensual sex soon became violent. "I completely lost consciousness after he strangled me during sex," she claimed.

"When I came to, he was still having sex with me. I don't know how long I was knocked out, but I completely lost consciousness. He must have known that I had gone limp. I was so confused when I woke up.

"I had forgotten who I was, who he was and where I was. I just laid there completely still. Terrified. I was worried he'd do it again, and I wouldn't wake up the second time he did it."

The woman told the Sun how she had a "normal one night stand" with Tate after meeting him and "wanted to see him again" and that it was when they met up again that sex allegedly turned violent. "Something just switched. He had this manic look in his eyes, like a darkness," she claimed.

She alleged in the documentary: "He said he was going to kill me, he said that he owned me and that I belonged to him. He was making me say that I loved him. He was pinning me up against the wall. I didn't know what to do, I was too scared to speak.

"He left early in the morning and had parked somewhere near my house. He kept saying if he got a parking ticket he would come back and kill me. In my head, I believed he would have. I thought he was going to kick the door down. But he didn't get the ticket.

"I didn't tell anyone. I felt ashamed and like it was my fault because I'd agreed to have sex with him - obviously not that kind of sex. But I'm older now and times are different. After the #MeToo movement, there's a lot more awareness and people talk about things a bit more.

"That's why I want to share my story to teach young boys and girls about consent." The woman added that she struggled to move on due to Tate's rising fame, with the 37-year-old appearing on Big Brother in 2016 before gaining more notoriety as an influencer and self-proclaimed 'misogynist'.

A spokesperson for the Tate brothers said: "Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. All intimate encounters the brothers have had with respective partners have always been consensual and they vehemently deny all allegations.

"The allegations made regarding non-consensual acts are deeply disturbing. We want to emphasise that Andrew and Tristan have never engaged in any form of non-consensual or coercive behaviour and they vehemently deny all allegations.

"They find the descriptions provided shocking and upsetting as they are not reflective of their actions or character. Both brothers are committed to clearing their names through the appropriate legal channels."
