Sue Radford fumes as family's 23rd holiday in 24 months ends on 'awful' note

Sue Radford, star of 22 Kids and Counting, has shared her family's 'awful' end to their 23rd holiday in 24 months.

The Radfords, who are famous for their reality TV show on Channel 5, had a less than magical Christmas trip to Disneyland Paris due to Storm Henk. The mum-of-22 told her social media followers about the family's difficult journey home. Sue posted a picture from inside their caravan as they waited to enter the Eurotunnel, captioned: "Home time just waiting to get on the tunnel we've had the best week in Disneyland but looking forward to getting home."

However, things quickly went downhill as Sue shared a video of grey skies and traffic queuing for the tunnel, saying: "The tunnel is so busy I guess people don't want to do the ferry in this wind. We defo aren't getting the 1:36 one."

Despite the bad weather, the family made it home safely. Sue wrote: "What an awful drive home I absolutely hate driving in the wind and rain... I've been behind the motorhome following Noel swaying in the wind was something else so bad. But we are home safe and sound after setting off at 7.30 this morning we are definitely sleeping well tonight @noelradford."

This huge family just had their 23rd trip in two years, including four visits to Disneyland. In addition to these adventures, they've visited Cornwall twice in a year, the Lake District four times, Disney World thrice, and took a luxurious trip to Lapland.

Their travels have also led them destinations like Legoland, Alton Towers, Scotland, New York, France, and a romantic getaway to the Maldives for the parents. During their latest trip to Disneyland, Sue shared some sweet photos and videos of the getaway on the family's social media accounts as they marked the start of 2024 following a hectic Christmas.

On her Instagram story, Sue and the Radford Family were seen looking on in awe as colourful fireworks erupted behind Disneyland's famous castle. During the day the children were seen enjoying candy floss, rides and a trip to a toy shop within the gigantic theme park.

One selfie meanwhile showed Sue with one of her youngest daughters as they explored Disneyland together, while in another she is pictured with 17-year-old Aimee, who is wearing a Mickey Mouse-themed headband. Sue also appeared to savour a bit of 'me time', and shared a snap with a glass of champagne as she took in the sights. It's not clear how many of Sue and Noel's children joined them on the trip to France.
