Man Utd vs Aston Villa - Kick-off time, TV and live stream details
Manchester United face a tough test with the visit of high-flying Aston Villa on Boxing Day and will hope to emerge from their final home game of 2023 with a win.
Villa have been unstoppable in recent weeks and are truly in the title race, and are ahead of United heading into the Christmas period. The basis of their strong season so far has been their home form; they have, however, won just four out of nine on the road this season.
Ollie Watkins has been in superb form so far this season and is Villa’s top scorer, his season stands in stark contrast to United’s £72 million striker Rasmus Hojlund, who has not scored in the Premier League since his arrival.
Villa have won just once in their five most recent matches at Old Trafford, with their last win coming back in September 2021. Their most recent visit resulted in a 1-0 defeat back in April but they will expect to enter the Theatre of Dreams as favourites on Boxing Day.
