Alex Scott and Jess Glynne spend Christmas abroad as their romance gets serious
Sports presenter and former footballer Alex Scott has jetted off for some winter sun this Christmas with girlfriend Jess Glynne.
The couple, who have been linked since October, have both shared snaps to their Instagram as they enjoyed the sunshine and the white sand whilst on holiday together. The loved up couple might not have shared snaps of each other on their respective social media accounts, but their Instagram Stories indicate that they're enjoying the sunshine together after a busy year for both of them.
On Jess' story she smiles at the camera with a bucket hat and sunglasses as she lies out on the beach enjoying the sunshine. Alex, who went Instagram official with Jess earlier this week, shared a snap of herself walking through the waves on the beach alongside a video as she enjoyed the water lapping at her feet.

Earlier this week, Alex made her relationship with Jess Instagram official after she shared a highlight from the BBC Sport Personality of the Year award, with Jess featuring in a lift selfie alongside fellow hosts Clare Balding, Gabby Logan and Gary Lineker.
Whilst Alex and Jess have been working hard to keep their romance to themselves, details have leaked into the public sphere. A source preciously told The Sun: "Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn’t want to rush things or go public too soon. But they’re officially an item now and seem really happy. They are both strong, independent women with a shared passion and respect of their respective careers, supporting one another from the sidelines."

Alex previously opened up about her past romances in her 2022 autobiography, How (Not) To Be Strong, where she revealed she dated fellow Lioness Kelly Smith for eight years from 2005 until 2013. Speaking of their time together, Alex said she fell ‘madly and deeply in love’ with her teammate - but she said she debated whether or not to include their romance in her memoir.
She said at her book launch last year: “I went back and forth on whether I’d actually be writing the chapter. But then it was one of those moments, I’m writing this book and I want to tell everything. I thought I’d be cheating you all if I didn’t put that in there. And for me, it’s like that first love story, I fell madly and deeply in love. And yes, there’s that heartbreak and those things, but it’s a huge part of my life and I wouldn’t go back and change that. Because that feeling of love and that excitement and what it gives you, it needed to be in there.”
