Ashley Cain's ex Safiyya enjoys night out as she says she's 'got her smile back'
Safiyya Vorajee has been spotted looking happy and glowing during a night out with friends from The Only Way Is Essex.
The influencer, who used to date Ashley Cain, was spotted smiling and laughing as she enjoyed the festive night out. The star claimed she's 'got a smile back on her face' a year after the painful split from the former footballer and reality TV star.
The return of a smiling Safiyya comes just over two years after the death of daughter Azaylia Diamond Cain. The former couple welcomed their baby into the world in August 2020, but were left devastated after she was diagnosed with leukemia just eight weeks into her short life. Azaylia succumbed to the awful cancer aged just eight months old, with Ex On The Beach star Ashley and author Safiyya splitting a year later after the former footballer dumped her saying he just couldn't do it anymore.

Also in the clip she was seen posing with pals Courtney Green and Elma Pazar as the girls drank cocktails at the festive night out. Sharing the clip herself, Safiyya captioned the video: "Really put a smile on my face tonight."
The return of Safiyya's smile and happiness looks set to continue as she told fans she planned to embrace self-love next year. She added: "It’s tough because I know the pain of longing for my daughter will stick with me forever – I love & adore her so much. I kind of lost sight of taking care of myself along the way, and I bet many of us end up there. I want to be a woman who proves that even if life feels like a journey through hell and back, you can still make it. Keep believing in yourself."

Safiyya Vorajee broke down as she reveals she nearly took her own life after daughter Azaylia’s death (YouTube/ Saving Grace)The positive outlook from Safiyya comes just days after she broke down in tears during a chat to to GK Barry on her Saving Grace podcast, where Safiyya explained that she overcame her negative thinking and suicidal thoughts after deciding to use her horrific experience as a means of helping others suffering in similar ways.
She told listeners: "I really tried not to [question 'why me?'] And that's because I felt so [suicidal] after I lost Azaylia that I thought if I start sitting in 'Why me, why's this, why's this?'... that's why I had to execute my pain and turn my pain into purpose."
She continued: "It was going to go two ways. I was either going to take my own life or I needed to execute it into purpose and make changes in the pain I've endured. And that's what I do."
