One flat is available for just £1, but there's a catch for any potential buyers.
A flat in Liverpool City Centre is on sale for the cheap, at only just £1 it's the 'cheapest property in Liverpool'. The en-suite pod room, located in Young Village on Wright Street, has been brought to auction by SDL property auctions with a guide price of £1 and no reserve.
The property however is essentially a single room, with a bathroom, and needs some TLC, consisting of a living/bedroom area and an en-suite bathroom. It also benefits from a communal living room with shared kitchen on the same floor and a laundry room in the basement.

The building has 24-hour CCTV, an intercom system, coded doors, and a caretaker who manages the communal areas, the Liverpool Echo reported.
There's no allocated parking but there is a good-sized car park area immediately in front. SDL Property Auctions suggest the room has a rental potential of £360 per month. The room will go to auction on Tuesday, December 19 at 10am.
