Love Island's Maura Higgins has confirmed she's no longer single. The 33 year old reality star revealed on the Irish talk show, The Late Late Show, that she's in a "very happy relationship".

While chatting with host Patrick Kielty, Maura - who split from Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice in October 2021 -finally addressed the romance rumours that have been swirling online for months. "I am no more single. Very happy relationship," she said, grinning widely.

Patrick then asked if her new beau was in the audience, to which she replied: "He is. He's there somewhere." As the crowd cheered, Patrick teased Maura by calling her man a "good looking devil." Maura played along, responding: "Oh he is."

The lucky man is Bobby Holland Hanton, a professional stuntman who's worked as Chris Hemsworth's stunt double and performed in blockbuster films like Avengers, Batman, James Bond and Mission Impossible. He's also been "David Beckham's football double." Rumours of their romance began in August 2023 when they both shared photos of a romantic dinner in Fiji on Instagram.

Maura Higgins and her new beau seem to be having a great time in Ireland, as seen in their latest social media posts. Fans are over the moon for Maura's happiness, with one saying: "A beautiful girl she deserves to be in a good and happy relationship," and another commenting: "Happy for Maura she deserves to be happy."

Speaking back in 2021, Maura admitted her split from Strictly pro Giovanni was hard - likening processing the breakdown of their romance to grieving a death. Speaking to a fan shortly after becoming a single woman, Maura offered some advice to her follower asking for some tips on dealing with a break up.

Penning a response on Instagram Story she posted: "Allow yourself to grieve! Spend time with the people you love & always remind yourself that everything happens for a reason!! The people who are meant to be in your life will be in your life." Accompanying her message she shared a glossy shot of her wearing a black shirt-style 3/4 sleeved outfit with her long curls styled in a side parting and flowing freely. She added her trademark glam for the sultry shot appearing with beautifully bronzed skin and accessorising her look with a watch and bracelet.
