Jamie Lynn Spears eyes-up move to England after I'm A Celebrity
Actress Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly been so moved by her experience with UK celebrities as part of her time on ITV's I'm A Celebrity, she's now eyeing up a move to the country.
Jamie Lynn, who lives in Florida in a luxurious apartment with her husband and two daughters, has described her experience in the jungle as "tough" but has made "life-long friends". Her friendships with campmates Josie Gibson, Sam Thompson and Danielle Harold have been so strong that she's now considering a move to the UK, where she hopes to be closer to her jungle camp buddies.
Speaking in I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Coming Out, which will air on ITV and ITVX on Wednesday (13 December), Britney Spears' younger sister reflected on her time in camp.
In the episode on ITV which follows the celebrities after the jungle, Jamie Lynn admitted: "The first few days in camp were tough for me" but commended her fellow campmates, by saying "These wonderful humans just scooped me up and brought out a side of me that I just didn’t think that I had".
And it seemed as though her campmates left a lasting impression, as Jamie Lynn revealed: "I think I wanna move to the UK, I'd like them to adopt me" before she added: "I’ve literally made life-long friends."
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesThe star's friendship with campmates has been mutual, with EastEnders actress Danielle Harold revealing she has plans to visit Jamie in the US. After exiting the jungle, the actress exclusively told the Mirror she instantly clicked with Jamie Lynn Spears and is "definitely going to America" to see her and the plan is to "eat some Crawfish in her town and in her village" and then hopes to show Jamie Lynn some sights in London.
Jamie Lynn was forced to exit this year's I'm A Celebrity early on medical grounds, which saw her leave the jungle after 11 days in camp with show bosses reportedly trying to encourage her to stay for longer. The star's exit was brief, with the Zoey 101 actress later reappearing on Dancing With The Stars in the US as she reunited with stars, which caused fury amongst fans. Jamie Lynn was only on the US dancing show for two weeks before being eliminated and then heading into the jungle, yet speculation has been rife that she had planned to exit the ITV show early all along so she could be a part of the DWTS finale.
