Love Island legends are set to make a comeback to the villa in a matter of weeks.

The hit ITV2 show is back with a new series that will start early next year to mark its 10 year anniversary. Love Island: All Stars will see famed former Islanders given another shot at finding the one as they head to South Africa in the search of love. As usual, the contestants need to try to find love or else they could be dumped from the Island.

Bombshells will enter and couples are tasked with exploring their connections, all to be crowned the winners of Love Island: All Stars 2024. Love Island host Maya Jama is also set to make a return as host when the series starts in January. A teaser trailer for the new series shows Maya back in her role as she's dressed in a couture gown before walking onto a set.

Love Island's iconic theme tune pays as the new Love Island: All Stars logo is revealed alongside the date January 2024. Mike Spencer, Creative Director of Lifted Entertainment, who produces the show, said: “It has been rumoured now for a while but we are thrilled to finally confirm that we are making Love Island: All Stars early next year for ITV2 and ITVX.

"It's set to be a must watch series seeing some of your favourite Islanders from across the years heading back to the stunning South African villa to once again 'graft' as their search for love continues. I simply can't wait!” Paul Mortimer, Director of Reality Commissioning & Acquisitions and Controller at ITV2 and ItvBe added: "After 10 ratings busting seasons of Love Island on ITV2, we're delighted to be able to celebrate a decade of the number one dating show on television with the first ever series of Love Island: All Stars.

"Set in our luxurious South African Villa, I know the audience will welcome back some of the most iconic UK Islanders, as they set out in pursuit of love all over again in a brand new version of our worldwide hit." While Martin Oxley, Head of Formats and Entertainment at GroupM Motion Entertainment commented: “Motion is proud of its long partnership with Love Island, and can think of no better way to celebrate this milestone alongside Lifted and ITV than going on a date with our most-loved and longed-for Islanders.”

Some former Islanders have already teased they are heading back to the villa next year. Hannah Elizabeth hinted at a comeback after posing a selfie inside ITV's headquarters. She is remembered for her iconic stint during the first series of Love Island when she was crowned the runner-up alongside Jon Clark.

However, their love fizzled outside of the villa. The TV star went on to date ex-George Andretti. He proposed to Hannah in March 2018, but sadly the couple, who share a son together, called off their engagement a year later. The 33-year-old mum-of-one, who has since launched her OnlyFans career, shared a snap of herself inside ITV's headquarters in White City and sat in a waiting room. Wearing a smart black suit and Valentino high heels, she penned: "Business Barbie."

While Wes Nelson also teased a return to the Love Island villa. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he admitted he "hasn't ruled out" returning to reality TV. He said: I started out in it and there's no shame in it and I think there's a stigma attached to it that's almost undeserved sometimes. I'd never rule out any reality TV, obviously. But music does take the forefront. And it's something that I've really put my time and effort and blood sweat and tears into over the past three years. So I don't want to sort of ruin that workflow, if that makes sense. But at the same time, I'm always open to looking at reality shows."
