Prince William and the Princess of Wales have one main concern they have for the future of their royal children, as expert has claimed.

Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and five-year-old Prince Louis are arguably three of the world's most-famous kids due to their parents being the next man and wife in line to sit on the throne. For the youngsters, they have had to lead a far more exposed life than many of their schoolmates. Waving to enormous crowds from the balcony of Buckingham Palace is just another day in the life of a Windsor child.

But the royal parents are aware of the situation, and want to implement some element of normality into their lives. Speaking to The Express, Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams revealed the one major fear that the couple share about their offspring. He said: "[Kate and William] are wisely concerned at any overexposure of him [George] and of Charlotte and Louis."

"The younger they are, the more likely they are to steal the show with childish antics which get publicised worldwide and make the monarchy seem more relatable," he said. Mr Fitzwilliams added that George is a particular focus of attention due to him being second-in-line to the throne.

"Whether as Page of Honour at the Coronation or blowing bubbles on a visit to Canada, whatever he does as he is the future King is of interest. We are fed titbits, that George enjoys dancing, plays tennis or likes a pizza, and we get regular photographs of him on special occasions and see him at certain royal events," he continued.

But Will and Kate "are well aware of the need for him and his siblings to have privacy as they grow up", he added. The Prince and Princess of Wales have made similar comments in the past, revealing concerns about "overexposure".

Kate decided to stay at home while William went on a trip to New York, just so she could be there for the youngsters - which is part of their parenting decision for one of them to remain with the kids to help with homework and enjoy normal family time while the other is away.

In July, another royal insider reported that the couple are doing whatever they can to make sure George has a normal childhood while also preparing him for the throne.

"It's a massive balancing act. William and Kate are doing the right thing, protecting him so he can have as normal a childhood as possible, but he's also dipping into duties as a future monarch," the insder told People.
