Fred Siriex has become an unlikely sex symbol after constantly flashing his incredibly toned body while on I'm A Celebrity – but how does he do it?

The First Dates matchmaker hasn't let the ITV jungle get in the way of his gruelling fitness regime, continuing his gym routine while Down Under. Often seen getting into shape alongside JLS singing star Marvin Humes, Fred appears to be continuing all the hard work he's put in on his body before heading to Australia.

Speaking to The Mirror ahead of his appearance in camp, Fred told us exactly what he needed to do to ensure he'd be in a peak physical condition. "As you get older, you really feel the changes in your body. So you have to look after yourself."

He told us: "I do my 301 push ups, every day. After I have my morning coffee, I work out. I do all sorts of exercises, I cycle on my bike. I train, I do my boxing training. It's every single day." Speaking as he launched his fave treat LU biscuits, Fred explained: "It's about moving. As soon as I wake up. I get a good sweat."

"That's a secret to good skin. A good sweat in the morning. Sweating. It's great," Fred explained. He won seven stars in last night's gruesome challenge where he dodged snakes to win the stars for the camp to have a decent supper.

Tonight, he joins gym pal Marvin for another Bushtucker Trial. In dramatic scenes to be aired tonight, the pair are suspended above water for the challenge Fly On The Wall. First look footage shows the two dressed as flies as they try and navigate what looks to be a sticky surface. Marvin had been begging for action on Monday's episode.

However a teaser clip reveals things don't quite go to plan as Marvin plummets into the water sending hosts Ant and Dec into fits of hysterics. "If you missed it, here it is again in slow motion," says Ant as they re-watch the Everybody in Love hitmaker's hilarious fall. "It's so slippery, boys, jeez," soaked Marvin admits as he swims back to the surface to help Fred.

Fred fought to do Monday's Bushtucker Trial – but ended up "disappointed". He was adamant he should be the one to take on Celebrity Distressing Rooms. In camp he was very vocal in demanding to take part with Marvin also wanting to be involved, as neither of them had done a trial yet. Once he arrived at jungle clearing, host Ant then explained the Trial to Fred: "This is celebrity distressing rooms.

"As you can see Fred, this Trial is made up of 5 dressing rooms. You've got to search each dressing room to try and find stars. Once you get a star, all you've got to do is pop it in your star bag. And there are 9 stars in total to find." Dec added: "Beware, there might be a few surprises along the way."

He completed the trial with seven out of nine stars and said: "I'm disappointed I didn't get nine. I did my best, I really did." Fred recently landed himself in hot water once more after frustrating viewers with his negative reaction to Josie Gibson becoming camp chef.
