Leaked Strictly result spoiler leaves fans 'so sad' as fans slam judge's vote
Strictly Come Dancing fans were left heartbroken today as the result of the latest dance was leaked online overnight.
Every week, viewers tune in to the hit BBC show to watch the celebrities and their professional dance partners take to the ballroom to dazzle with their dance skills. And once the live episode finishes airing, the studio audience, celebrities, professionals, judges and hosts remain behind to film the results show - which airs on Sunday nights.
But for years, a sneaky source has infiltrated the Elstree set to spoil the results hours before they are shown on screen. And on Saturday night, regular as clockwork, the mysterious X/ Twitter user has shared the news of the results once again.
And Strictly fans have been rattled by the leaks once again - as it was revealed which two stars faced the chop, and which unfortunate couple were sent home. While the Mirror won’t spoil this alleged result for fans of the show, the upset over the outcome of the dance off and judges vote to save has set social media ablaze.
One fan of the long-running series wrote online that they were "so sad" over the result and were unimpressed with the vote made by one of the judges.
EastEnders' Jake Wood's snap of son has fans pointing out the pair's likenessWhile another commented: "So this is where the public vote really comes in to play. Gutted for the person who went though." A third wrote: "Gutted. Always going to be between four for the last spot in the finale." Another commented: "Noooooo."
"What a shame. That dance has been the downfall of many #strictlyspoiler," another pointed out. Another fumed: "Wrong decision."
Saturday night saw the remaining stars take to the stage in an effort to wow the judges - and secure themselves a spot in the quarter final. This week, it was the turn of EastEnders star Bobby Brazier and Aussie dance partner Dianne Buswell to show off their couple’s choice. They took to the floor and danced to the song This Woman’s Work by the musician Maxwell.
West End performer Layton Williams and his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin showed off their American Smooth, performing the routine to the sound of Bjork’s It’s Os So Quiet. And Tennis star Annabel Croft and her dance partner Johannes Radebe showcased their Paso doble to the sound of España cañí by Pascual Marquina Narro.
Meanwhile show favourites Ellie Leach and partner Vito Coppola tore up the dance floor with an Argentine tango which was performed to the sound of Destiny’s Child’s Bills, Bills, Bills. TV presenter Angela Scanlon and had her dance partner Carlos Gu showed off their cha-cha-cha to the sound of Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive - which could be a cheeky nod to the reports that they are the bookies favourites to be voted off the show this weekend.
And soap legend Nigel Harman and his partner Katya Jones - who received negative feedback last week when the show transferred to Blackpool - were more than ready to dazzle with their Rumba, which they performed to the Celine Dion son It’s All Coming Back To Me Now. Next weekend will see the remaining quarter finalists take on showtimes as they dance in Musicals Week - and get one (quick)step closer to the Glitterball Trophy.
