Linda Robson has revealed her future on Loose Women following her split from husband Mark Dunford.

The outspoken TV star, 65, had been married to Mark for over 33-years, and upon her first sighting since their shock separation, Linda revealed when she would be making her long-awaited return to the ITV panel show.

On Thursday night, Linda attended the premiere of Elf The Musical at London's Dominion theatre, with her two grandchildren, which was her first public outing since announcing her split from Mark.

The Loose Women star beamed on the red carpet as she attended the theatre show to support Emmerdale actor Matthew Wolfenden who is playing the lead role of Buddy.

Speaking to The Sun at the event, Linda confirmed that she will be making her return to ITV's Loose Women 'next week' following her holiday with Birds of A Feather co-star Lesley Joseph. "I’ve been on a cruise, I’ve had a wonderful time. I have missed them the Loose Women girls," she shared before admitting that her New Year's resolution is to go on as many holidays as possible.

Linda and Mark first met when they were teens but didn't begin dating until years later. They tied the knot in 1990 and the former couple went on to welcome two children together; Roberta, 27, and Louis, 31.

Since announcing their split, Linda has claimed she is keeping busy but has kept herself out of the spotlight. She was seen in North London running errands still sporting her gold wedding ring on her left hand.

The ITV star confirmed the news of her split to Woman magazine this week, as she spoke of Mark: "He's a really good dad and we had some good years, but enough is enough. I've got my family and my kids around me. And I'm going on a cruise with Lesley Joseph in November. I'm keeping busy. I feel fine. I'm just going away on trips all the time. I'm not interested [in dating] honestly. I can't be a***d with all that."

Linda had sparked speculation of marriage woes for months as she spoke about her and Mark's relationship on Loose Women. Speaking in September, Linda said she was "not looking for anyone", before swearing and saying she "can't be f***ked".

She also sparked further speculation of marriage woes with comments on Loose Women in June when she discussed her sex life, as she revealed she and Mark had not had sex in two years. Linda said on the ITV show: "Can I just say I've been celibate for two years?", before Denise Welch chimed in to add: "I know, but you've got to get with it."

The conversation continued, with Linda dismissing concerns over her marriage as she insisted rumours she and Mark were no longer together as "rubbish". The Birds of a Feather actress had previously been plagued with rumours of upset in the marriage, something that Linda disputed. She told Best magazine: "There have been ups and downs, obviously, like any couple. What I think we have in common is that we love our kids more than anything."
