Meghan Markle and Prince Harry accused someone in the Royal Family of making racist comments about their son and it's been claimed the comments came from two people.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shocked the world as they sat down for a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey and opened up about their time in The Firm. During the chat, the couple alleged an unnamed member of the Royal Family had expressed "concerns" about "how dark" Prince Archie's skin would be when he was born.

The allegations sparked outrage and many called for the couple to reveal who had made the comments. Royal author Omid Scobie has now alleged Meghan named two members of the Royal Household in private letters she wrote to King Charles.

The author is set to release his bombshell royal book Endgame, which has been described on Amazon as "a penetrating investigation into the current state of the British monarchy". In the book, he says Meghan alleged the two family members took part in "conversations" about her son.

In a leaked copy of the book, seen by The Sun, the names of those involved have not been revealed. The author claimed that he knows the names but "laws in the United Kingdom prevent me from reporting who they were."

The letters Meghan wrote to Charles are said to have been sent in the spring of 2021, after she and Harry spoke to Oprah. The King is said to have wanted his return letters to express how he felt no "casual prejudice" had been involved.

According to the publication, Endgame will include claims that Meghan and Charles felt they had "both been heard" after exchanging letters. The book is set to be released on November 28.

After their interview with Oprah, Harry claimed he did not label the Royal Family racist. During a 90 minute interview with ITV News at Ten anchor Tom Bradby, Harry said the royal family were not guilty of racism but of “unconscious bias”.

In the interview Harry was asked: "In the Oprah interview you accused members of your family of racism", but the Duke snapped back saying: "No I didn't." He added: "The British press said that".

Harry added: "The difference between racism and unconscious bias, the two things are different. But once it's been acknowledged, or pointed out to you as an individual, or as an institution, that you have unconscious bias, you therefore have an opportunity to learn and grow from that in order so that you are part of the solution rather than part of the problem. Otherwise unconscious bias then moves into the category of racism."
