Taylor Swift’s Thanksgiving plans have reportedly been thrown into chaos after her devastation at the loss of two of her fans.

The chart-topping star was reportedly originally planning to travel home for the holidays prior to the deaths of the two young fans over the weekend. A report also suggests that Taylor is unsure how to proceed with the Brazil dates of her Eras Tour following the tragedies.

The insider continued to explain that the travelling home for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 23, “could end up being too much” or she “could want to come home” to be around her friends and family at such a difficult time. It was originally thought she would jet back following her Rio de Janeiro gig in Brazil on Sunday.

A source told Page Six: “She doesn’t know her holiday plans yet. The Brazil concerts… She is devastated about a fan dying. The weather is extreme. It’s a mess she didn’t expect. It’s been a traumatic experience. It’s been a lot. She is going to decide today (Monday).”

Taylor choked back tears on stage in Brazil following the deaths of the two young fans - singing the lyrics "sick with sadness".

Ana Benevides, 23, collapsed and later died of cardiac arrest just before the Eras Tour show on Friday as deadly heat engulfed the Estádio Olímpico Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro, boiling attendees in temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. More than 1,000 fans fainted from the heat, firefighters told local media, and Taylor herself could be seen struggling for breath after finishing a particularly upbeat, high-energy performance of Bejeweled from Midnights in terrifying videos that circulated the internet.

Just 48 hours later, 25-year-old Gabriel Santos was stabbed to death in a violent robbery on the famous Copacabana beach as he waited to attend the show on Sunday night.

Following the holiday Taylor was planning to head straight back to the tour with a scheduled date in São Paulo on November 24. According to Page Six it is unknown whether Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce will be joining his girlfriend for Thanksgiving.

The Chiefs will take on the Raiders in Las Vegas on Sunday November 26. Travis was seen attending Taylor's concert in Argentina over the weekend lapping up the show alongside her dad, Scott Kingsley Swift. The pair watched adoringly from the VIP section as Taylor did her thing on stage.

She was seen gazing lovingly at Travis as she sang her ballad Lover. All eyes were on the athlete as he danced the night away. However, as the show reached its conclusion, Taylor had an extra trick up her sleeve.

Instead of singing, "Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me," the songstress sang, "Karma is the guy from the Chiefs coming straight home to me," in reference to Travis' football team. As realization settled over the crowd, everyone cheered for the new couple.
