Madonna posed alongside her sons Rocco Ritchie, 22, and David Banda, 17, for a rare photograph as the family continue their trip in Africa.

Along with her four adopted children, today Madonna visited Kibera, located near the capital of Kenya, Nairobi – days after the hitmaker, 64, released new music.

She has been sharing regular updates from their trip, including the new snap with Rocco and David, who are both shared with ex-husband Guy Ritchie.

The mum-of-six has adopted four children from the country in south-eastern Africa – twins Stella and Estere, 10, Mercy James, 16, and David, 17, who joined her on the trip along with Rocco.

It comes after she wore head-to-toe Gucci earlier this week during the visit, following the release of her new single Back That Up To The Beat.

She visited the charity she founded in 2006 – Raising Malawi – where the popstar filmed an impromptu music video for the new version of her 2015 song.

The children could be seen playing football and dancing with the locals as Madonna enjoyed a warm welcome to the country she previously called a "second home".

David was the first child that Madonna adopted from Malawi, after she met him at the orphanage she partially funds.

The tot was suffering from pneumonia at the time and she became determined to welcome him in to her home.

"[He's] the one I have the most in common with," she told Vogue in 2019. "I feel like he gets me; he has more of my DNA than any of my children so far."

Mercy James was also adopted from Malawi and could be seen dancing with orphans from her home nation in the new video.

"Back that up to the Beat……in Malawi streaming on all platforms now !! @raisingmalawi," she wrote on Instagram.

She founded Raising Malawi in 2006 to transform the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in Malawi through health, education and community support.
