Interest in Prince Harry's explosive memoir has skyrocketed since leaked tidbits - including claims he was attacked by brother William - surfaced online.

Analysis of Google data reveals that web searches for ‘Order Spare’ erupted 226 per cent worldwide on Thursday after the spicy revelations.

Celebrity news site CelebTattler says the healthy figures were more than double the average volume in one day.

The rise in interest to bag the book was further bolstered following a series of clips from interviews with Anderson Cooper and Tom Bradby being recently shared online.

A spokesperson for CelebTattler said: “Ever since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down from working Royal life, they have been incredibly selective about the ways in which they share personal information, from a sit-down interview with TV magnate Oprah Winfrey or a Netflix series.

"However, these findings highlight that this autobiography from Prince Harry is set to be one of the most highly anticipated projects from the couple, with people from all around the world seeking to buy a copy for themselves. It will be interesting to see how much more the Prince shares in the book about his departure as a working royal."

According to publisher Penguin Random House, Spare tells the duke's story with 'raw, unflinching honesty', chronicling his journey from 'trauma to healing'.

In it, King Charles is said to have pleaded with the warring sons not to make his 'final years a misery'.

Ahead of the book's release, Harry has claimed his family 'have shown absolutely no willingness to reconcile' - but a source has slammed the duke's accusation as 'unadulterated nonsense'.

Yet despite all the ill-feeling, Harry has also said he would 'like to have my father and brother back'.

But many fear Spare has already soured his troubled relationship with his brother for good.
