Olivia Attwood has broken her silence on rumours she's heading to the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! camp for the upcoming series.

The Love Island star, 32, was rumoured to be set to return to the jungle this year – after she was sadly forced to pull out of the 2022 series after just 24 hours in camp due to medical reasons. Fuel was added to speculation yesterday as Olivia was seen arriving at Manchester Airport with two huge suitcases in tow – at the same time fellow I'm A Celebrity rumoured campmates were arriving at other airports across the UK, including Nigel Farage, who has landed Down Under.

However, the star has revealed she is not taking part in the gruelling ITV series, fronted by Ant and Dec, and broke her silence on the rumours in an Instagram Story statement. Olivia began: "I wasn't going to talk about anything jungle related because if I'm honest, the way things played out last year still makes my heart hurt... and my brain.

"I have been avoiding instagram, But the sheer volume of you messaging about the show, commenting, meeting you in person etc I feel like it's wrong not to speak to you guys!!" [sic]

She added in another post: "I couldn't commit to going back this year. It wasn't the right time for me. There were many things I had to weigh up, but ultimately the sheer intensity of my schedule doesn't allow for that much time 'out of the office'...

"I read all your messages about the show, your support and love I will never ver take for granted," she penned. "One day I hope when the time is right. We can finish my jungle story.. for you and my myself". [sic]

"Now seems like a good time to let my hair down for a few days," Olivia wrote as she shared a photo of herself relaxing on a plane. "I am bursting screaming crying at the seamsss to share with you the tele things I have coming," the Love Island star added alongside a star emoji.

It comes after Olivia was seen wearing a grey tracksuit with a black T-shirt and accessorised her look with some chunky glasses as she wheeled her two big suitcases alongside her at Manchester Airport.

She went makeup free for the journey and styled her blonde hair in loose waves. The 32-year-old was due to appear on the show last year but was forced to pull out of the show after just one episode. She appeared briefly last year but medical concerns meant that her jungle journey was cut short.

ITV said at the time: "As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks. Unfortunately the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be a further investigation. She has been absolutely brilliant and she'll be very much missed on the show."

After returning home, Olivia revealed she had been found to have anemia and was taken to the hospital. In an interview with MailOnline, she said: "I was like: ‘What the hell is wrong with me?’ They couldn’t give me an answer, they just told me that they had to get me to the hospital immediately.

"The results were really, really low when they put them into their reader, and they consulted with another doctor off site. I had those bloods done in England before I left, and they were fine, so I was confused and of course very, very worried."

Olivia was said to be "heartbroken" when she had to head home after her very short stint. Despite only being on for one day, she had already experience jungle life, jumping out of a helicopter which she said was one of the best experiences of her life.
