Gemma Collins breaks silence after unfollowing fiancé Rami on social media
Gemma Collins seems to be in a dilemma over her relationship with fiancé Rami Hawash.
Earlier this year, when the couple called off their wedding, rumours were rife about their split. However, Gemma clarified that "everything is good" and they had chosen to live a "private life away from the cameras". She added, "Rami is a private man and I have to respect that."
Despite unfollowing Rami on social media earlier this year, Gemma surprised her fans by posting several candid photos of him last week, confirming they are still together. On Instagram, she shared a picture of Rami and stepson Tristan during a pumpkin picking session at Hatters Farm in Essex.

It's not all about the cheesy dressing up. It's about the beauty that Mother Nature is showing us this time of year." This marks the first time in months she has featured her fiance or his son on social media.
A source exclusively told New! why Gemma has decided to make her relationship public again. "She was finding it difficult not posting about how happy she is with Rami. Gemma is someone who loves love, and feels it's only human nature to want to show off her partner to the world," the source says.

"Her decision to live a more private life didn't last long and she's made a U-turn on it. Gemma just can't help herself when it comes to declaring her love for Rami, and she wants to shout it from the rooftops." However, Gemma is reportedly conflicted about declaring her feelings publicly and respecting Rami's wishes. "She is torn between respecting his private life and wanting to talk about her relationship," our source claims.
"Gemma wants to protect what they have, given what she's been through in the past with Arg [her ex, James Argent ], but she knows a private life is never really private when you're in the public eye. She just can't help herself though, as she adores Rami." It's no secret that Rami chooses life out of the public eye it was only recently he made his own Instagram account public but, according to the source, he knows what he signed up for when dating the GC.
"Rami would much rather be out of the limelight because he doesn't like the drama that often comes with it. But he accepts why Gemma wants to post about their relationship," they say. "He'd rather she didn't, but he understands that things like this are just in her character and he does admire that. He might not agree with it, but he would never change her."
Gemma previously shared with New! exclusively about the dynamics of their relationship, saying, "I love that Rami gives me the space to be who I am. I'm a very creative person. I'm very eccentric. I've got my little ways. And, you know, he really understands that." It seems Rami might be softening on their agreement, as Gemma's affectionate gestures continued. The former Celebrity Big Brother star posted a photo of them holding hands during a cosy Netflix night in, with Blue, her whippet, joining them.
Before heading out for a lunch date, she told her followers, "I am just going to meet Rami for lunch and I thought why not? Dress up! He needs to remember who he is going out with." The couple first started dating in 2011, with Rami making several appearances on The Only Way Is Essex, before they announced their engagement on 27 December of the same year. However, it was called off just weeks later.
They got engaged again in 2021 after reuniting during lockdown. They were set to get married this summer, but in July, Gemma revealed they had decided to cancel their plans and focus on other things. Gemma Collins has revealed that she and her boyfriend Rami Hawash have made a pact to get married if they're still together when they turn 50. She said: "There is no rush and I am living life. There is still so much I want to do," and "Me and Rami are both free spirits, he has been married before and funnily enough we were looking at pictures of us and we have known each other for so long. We have agreed that if we are both still together at 50 then we will do it."
