Danielle Lloyd is one of the last standing recruits to reach the final of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, but what is her life like off-screen?

The 39-year-old will battle it out against disgraced former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, singer Gareth Gates, Love Island star Teddy Soares and British track and field athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton to see if any of them pass in the Channel 4 show based on the Special Forces selection process.

Away from the hard-hitting reality series, Danielle is a model who rose to fame by winning both Miss England and Miss Great Britain beauty contests in the Noughties. She went on to become a glamour model and lads’ mags favourite, famously losing her Miss Great Britain title after posing nude in Playboy.

She was later cleared of any wrongdoing and had her title reinstated. Then she met footballer Jamie O’Hara and became one of Britain’s most famous WAGS. Danielle and Jamie married in 2012 and are parents to three sons, Archie, 13, Harry, 12, nine-year-old George.

But the couple divorced just two years later following claims Jamie had repeatedly cheated on her. Danielle has since found love again with electrician Michael O’Neill who she married in 2019. She is a now a mum-of-five after having son Ronnie, five, and daughter Autumn Rose, almost two.

Recently she spoke about wanting a sixth child, but is now considering adoption to add to her brood as she revealed doctors have advised her to have a hysterectomy following a cancer scare. Here we look at some of the biggest moments in Danielle’s life, from her bitter split with ex-husband Jamie to her recent spat with modelling rival Katie Price and her battle to have her much-longed for baby girl.

Danielle started dating footballer Jamie O’Hara in 2009 and got engaged just eight months later after a whirlwind romance. After tying the knot in a lavish ceremony in 2012 and welcoming their three boys, life seemed rosy for the couple – until Danielle discovered Jamie had cheated on her by reading it in the paper.

When it emerged Jamie had been unfaithful more than once, Danielle knew it was over. In December 2014 she was granted a quickie divorce from the Premier League midfielder, who rose to fame playing for Blackpool, Portsmouth and Tottenham Hotspurs.

But the split was far from amicable and years of rows followed, with things coming to a head when Jamie appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017 and begged for access to his kids, sparking a huge public spat with his ex.

These days the pair have found a way to be civil to each other for the sake of their children. At the time of their split, Danielle revealed doctors had to put her on “anti-depressants and quite strong sleeping pills” adding her boys were “the only thing keeping me going”.

Jamie has since admitted he “messed up” their marriage with his wild ways. During his stint on Celebrity Big Brother, he told the nation: "Looking back on it, our relationship was wild, I was playing football, being a young kid, I was earning £25,000 a week at 21. I had so much and you just think f**k it.

"But now when I think about some of the stuff I did, I realise I was a f**king pr**k and I regret it, what I did was really bad. I really wanted the marriage to work, but I messed it up."

But he also claimed that his ex-wife was demanding saying: "When I was with her, I was earning really good money and she kind of expected that to continue. But I'm not on that money no more. I am trying. I am paying out a fortune. It's so f****** draining, the constant battle.”

Feud with rival Katie Price

Danielle was a glamour model rival to Katie Price back in the Noughties, with both making regular appearances in lads’ mags. Although they didn’t fall out back then, it emerged the pair – who are both mums of five - reportedly locked horns in 2022 after comments Danielle made about Katie.

Former beauty contest winner Danielle branded 44-year-old Katie “insecure” after she appeared on Channel 5 show Shameless: The Rise And Fall of Katie Price. In the documentary Danielle said: "Katie seems like a strong woman, but actually she's insecure and gone through so much. You can only stay with someone for so long for the sake of children."

Fuming Katie hit back over the show and took a swipe at "disloyal friends" after the programme aired, saying: "Hey everyone, apparently there is a documentary on me tonight, I think it's just started, called Shameless: The rise and fall of me.

"I just wanted you to know that I've had nothing to do with it. The people involved who were supposed to be my friends aren't my friends and don't know anything about me."

Danielle was also said to have cooled her friendship with Katie last year following her drink driving crash and subsequent breakdown. However, it looks like the pair are pals again after ‘burying the hatchet’.

A source said: "Katie and Danielle have made amends after having a chat to clear the air. Danielle was the only contributor on the show who stuck up for Kate and said nice things about her, and Katie realises that now. Danielle explained that the show was sold to her as being about feminism and Katie changing the face of the Noughties, but then the programme ended up being something quite different," reports .

OnlyFans helped her 'pay off mortgage'

With the disappearance of lads’ mags, many celebs have turned to adults-only subscription add OnlyFans to fund their lifestyle. Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona and Love Island’s Megan Barton Hanson claim it has made them millionaires.

So it was no surprise when Danielle decided to join the platform in 2020 and began sharing racy pictures to subscribers who signed up to her channel. Though it reportedly earned her £90,000 a month, she quit OnlyFans last year after “earning enough to pay off her mortgage”.

Vowing to focus on her TV work, her latest stint on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins was one of the reasons Danielle deleted the account as she reportedly “didn’t want to distract” from the show.

“She certainly isn’t ashamed of having done OnlyFans as it paid her mortgage and put food on the table for the kids, she just feels it isn’t right for her right now. She will still be treating her loyal fans to some sexy underwear shoots in the future, she just won’t be stripping off on OnlyFans,” a source told The Sun.

Battle to have baby girl

After four boys, Danielle had been very open about the fact she wanted a little girl to complete her family. Before welcoming Autumn Rose in November 2021, she admitted she was desperate for a daughter.

She previously said she would even consider controversial gender selection to make her dream come true. The procedure allows parents to choose the gender of their child through IVF genetic screening. But her wish finally came true when she found out she was having a girl naturally. She revealed she burst into tears when the doctors told her the news during one of her hospital scans.

She said at the time: "I felt sick. I couldn’t breathe on the way there," Danielle said. "It was excitement, nerves, everything. And then he handed Michael a bit of paper, which said, 'It’s 99% a baby girl. I burst into tears straight away, I just couldn’t believe it."

Though she is already a busy mum-of-five, Danielle has plans to add to her family in the future and if she can’t have any more kids naturally following her health scare, plans to adopt.

Danielle was terrified when she began bleeding earlier this year. Believing she was having a miscarriage, she went to A&E. However, doctors found cysts on her ovaries, one of which was the size of a tennis ball.

She had tests to determine if she had endometrial cancer. Six weeks later, she was given the all-clear from, but her specialist revealed she had severe endometriosis, which is when the lining of the womb grows in other places. She also has adenomyosis, which is then the lining of the womb starts growing into the wall of womb. If left untreated, the conditions could develop into cancer.

Danielle has been told she won’t be able to have any more children after treatment prompting her to look into adoption. She explained: “The older Autumn gets, the more I’m starting to think that phase in life has passed me anyway. But I’m so thankful for the kids I’ve got. It’s sad, but I know I’m done now.”

Despite contemplating adoption, Danielle joked she’d have to get a “double decker bus” to drive her brood around and added: “I’d always thought about adopting but, realistically, I’ve got no room at the inn anymore.”
