One user commented on Downdetector: "Dangerous times when the internet goes out for a few hours lol. Kids going ballistic over no internet. Adults losing it because it has been fixed yet."
Another user said: "Still down in 79936, I'm down with my inside and outside cleaning and showered and still can't sit down and relax watching TV. This is starting to be a big issue around the city or how ever far this is extending to. But I know in Phoenix if this happened we would already be up and running. I swear they don't know how to properly do things here in El Paso Texas. Especially when it comes to construction work SMH."
Another user said their "wife got sent home from work" due to the outage: "I can’t work from home without internet. My seven year old is screaming and crying. He can’t play Fortnite. My wife just got sent back home from work. And my neighbors outside with a ladder thinking he’s somehow can fix this. On a Saturday! SMH 79927"
