1000-lb Sisters starlet Tammy Slaton has said that she "will be just fine" after enduring a major health issue in recent weeks.

Tammy, 37, was seen in new snaps recently after "struggling to breathe" following a reported lung infection. But the flame-haired beauty appears to be in good spirits after sharing a high-energy TikTok video.

The TLC star, who is best known for starring alongside her younger sister Amy Slaton on 1000-lb Sisters, is said to have had a lung infection. Sources claim that Tammy came down with pneumonia while in the US state of Georgia last month. The National Institute of Health says that it takes about a week or two to recover from a lung infection.

And Tammy now appears to be proving that she has recovered from her health issues, with the star affirming that she "will be just fine" with her latest TikTok upload. The reality star, who is still grieving her late husband who died in July, took to the video-sharing platform on Thursday to show off her slimmed-down jawline and confirm she's doing okay.

Sharing a video of herself talking, although the sound was not available to listen to, Tammy appeared upbeat and smiley. In the caption she penned: "I will be just fine." The video racked up almost 10,000 views and 100 likes.

In the video clip, Tammy could be seen wearing a tank top with a butterfly on the front. She also wore a sunflower necktie around her neck, and finished off the look with a denim baseball cap that had embellishments all over it.

This comes as Tammy grieves her husband Caleb Willingham, who was known for appearing on the TLC show with his wife whom he met at a food rehabilitation centre last autumn. His tragic and sudden passing was followed by reports the couple had split just months before. The 40-year-old fellow reality star was married to Tammy for five months before they parted ways, with his death confirmed on Facebook on July 1.
