Kim Kardashian has posed with a real-life snake while transforming into Salma Hayek, but fans are completely divided.

Pulling out all of the stops for Halloween 2023, Kim still hasn't slowed down with the racy and inventive outfits and Instagram posts in the name of spooky season. The 43-year-old reality star has already channelled Clueless with her daughter North West, and now she's taken inspiration from another iconic movie moment.

Channelling her inner Salma Hayek, 57, who is famed for starring in the likes of Dusk Till Dawn and Frida, Kim slipped into a teeny bikini and wrapped a snake around her body. The look was a nod to Salma's time in the aforementioned flick Dusk Till Dawn.

During Salma's time in Dusk Till Dawn, the Mexican and American actress was forced to dance with a snake. She is said to have refused to do it initially, but did it regardless, and the scene fast became incredibly iconic within the industry.

And it seems that Kim attempted to recreate the iconic scene herself. Taking to Instagram to share a video of herself in a skimpy bikini, the SKIMS founder and mother-of-four could be seen with a huge real-life snake wrapped around her body as she danced and writhed.

Captioning the video, Kim penned: "From Dusk Til Dawn," confirming that her outfit and the overall post were a nod to the iconic 1996 movie. Taking to the comments, fans were divided when they voiced their opinions.

One said: "Nope. Selma is the best one." A second then said: "I love it, but I'm sorry mama, you could never move like she does in this movie." A third person added: "Nice try, but not even close to Salma," while a fourth echoed: "You are missing the moves."

But many were loving the display. One said: "Yess! Absolute goddess," while another gushed: "Beautiful as SALMA - good that you honor her beauty. Latin beauty."
