Vanessa Feltz shows off two stone weight loss eight months after her break up from Ben Ofoedu.

The 61-year-old appeared at the Lifestyle awards in London on Monday night where she showed off her slim figure. The star looked as stunning as ever in a floor length sparking black gown at the special event. She styled her platinum blonde locks in loose curls and accessorised her look with dangly earrings, a sparkly bracelet and a matching gold bag.

The TV personality went for a full glam makeup look and red nails. Vanessa has said she went on a "heartbreak diet" when she split from her partner of 16 years, Ben, back in February of this year. The pair called it quits when it was revealed that Ben had cheated on her.

She told Closer magazine: "I've been too heartbroken to eat anything, and I don't think that's a very nice diet. I've been on it before and it's horrible. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I'm sure I'll get my appetite back when I go back to being OK."n Vanessa and Ben first met back in 2005 through a mutual friend, with the pair planning to get married the following year.

However, the date kept getting pushed back and they never ended up getting married. Vanessa was previously married to surgeon Michael Kruer from 1983 to 2000 who also allegedly cheated on her. The former couple had two daughters together and four grandchildren.

After her split from Ben, she threw herself back into the world of dating and went on popular show Celebs Go Dating. At the time she said: "Celebs Go Dating was definitely an education. I was originally scared of dating, but now it's taken the fear away. My dating has been up and down, it's definitely not smooth sailing."

In February, Ben chatted to the Sunday Mirror about cheating on Vanessa three times. He said he had sex with an older woman while he was performing in Ibiza in 2015 while Vanessa was at home as well as also admitting to sexting another one of his fans.

Talking about the woman he met in Ibiza, he said: "It was purely sexual, there were no feelings involved. It felt like a chore. I just fell back into it with her to keep her sweet and everything under wraps." He went on to admit that he "should have got some help after the first dalliance" and cheated because he was "insecure".

However, since then he has said that the reason he and Vanessa split was because she wouldn't get married. Ben explained: "I wanted to be married, but she [Vanessa] didn't want that so we were going in different directions. I was so in love and I didn't see that so I thought one day we would get married, but that wasn't on the cards. She just wanted a companion."
