Holly Ramsay and Adam Peaty sparky engagement rumours with telling snap
Fans have speculated Olympian Adam Peaty has secretly popped the question to girlfriend Holly Ramsay after spotting a massive ring on her finger in one of her recent social media pictures.
The 23-year-old, who is the daughter of TV chef Gordon Ramsay, shared several photos on her Instagram page, with one picture showing the couple smartly dressed. Holly wears a stunning black dress, and matching heels adorned with a pretty white bow tie, and a red ribbon in her hair while former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Adam looks dapper in a black suit, white shirt, and tie.
Holly's photos received plenty of attention online but fans were quick to comment after spotting a ring on her finger, with some believing Adam had proposed to her. Posing for a selfie in her bathroom, Holly holds her phone up to a small mirror and uses her free hand to touch her brunette hair, showcasing the jewellery piece on her massive ring finger, and wrote '4ever' as the caption.

They met through her Tilly, who appeared in the same Strictly Come Dancing series as swimmer Adam and have known each other since 2021. Eagle-eyed fans now think the couple may have taken a huge step in their relationship. Under her post, one excited follower wrote: “Congratulations.”
Despite Adam's busy schedule, the pair are spending as much time together as possible. Recently, the swimmer joined the Ramsay family at their home. “Holly invited Adam to spend time with her at the house owned by her dad Gordon and mum Tana,” an insider told The Sun . “It gave them proper alone time and made them realise they wanted to become more serious.”

Until last year, Adam was in a relationship with Eiri Munro, who he shares two-year-old son George with. But the pair split in August 2022 after he publicly admitted letting Eiri down, although it is unclear what for.
Posting on Instagram, Adam wrote: “Eiri and I have decided to go our separate ways. We have enjoyed a wonderful three years together, 2 of those with our gorgeous son George. "Our priority has always been to provide the happiest and healthiest home environment for him, and right now that means ending our romantic relationship."

Eiri and George, I’m sorry for letting you down.” Both Adam and new girlfriend Holly have spoken about their issues with alcohol in the past – and Holly is now teetotal. in December, she celebrated two years of sobriety after ‘hitting rock bottom’.
