It's three games and three wins for Liverpool in Europe, with Jurgen Klopp able to turn his attentions back to Premier League matters after a win against Toulouse.

The Reds made a number of tweaks from the line-up which saw off Everton in the Merseyside Derby and still had more than enough for their French opponents. With matches against Nottingham Forest and Luton to come before their next European trip, Klopp's men can stand themselves in good stead in the Premier League.

Early continental progress ought to also allow the boss to give more minutes to the likes to Luke Chambers, who made his senior debut on Thursday. Chambers' reaction to the win is another focus as Mirror Football brings you the latest lines from around Anfield.

Toulouse brushed aside

Liverpool survived a couple of scares to claim a third group stage win in the Europa League. The Reds were pegged back after Diogo Jota's early opener, but opened up a 3-1 lead by the break and added two further goals in the second half.

Summer signings Wataru Endo and Ryan Gravenberch were both among the goals, with Endo's header his first for the club. There was also a late return from the bench for Cody Gakpo, who was making his first appearances since suffering an injury against Tottenham in September.

"I've dreamt of this moment since I was six," Chambers told TNT Sports. "To top it off with a win as well, I'm lost for words. I found out [I was playing] yesterday and had a bit of time with family at night. The reality hit.

"Trent's done what I aspire to do," the teenager added. "Watching Trent do it gives us academy lads a stepping stone to go and recreate it. I couldn't ask for someone better to look up to."

Former Reds favourite Fowler sacked

Ex-Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler has been sacked by Saudi club Al Qadsiah. The former striker had only been in charge of the side for a matter of months, and was dismissed despite them flying high in the second tier.

"The management of Al Qadsiah Sports Club have decided to terminate the contractual relationship with first team football coach, Mr. Robbie Fowler," a club statement read. "The club appreciates the coach's efforts and professionalism... and wishes him all the success in his professional career."

An unbeaten record across the first eight league games of the season left Al Qadsiah just a point behind league leaders Al Orobah. Three teams will earn promotion to the Saudi Pro League at the end of the season.
