1000-lb Sisters star Tammy labelled an 'inspiration' after 28 stone weight loss
Tammy Slaton lost a lot of weight when she appeared on 1000-lb Sisters and fans have now been thanking her for being an "inspiration to many".
The 37-year-old weighed in at 717lb (51.2 stone) when she was first introduced on the hit TLC reality show, but she managed to change her life around after spending time in a food rehabilitation centre. Tammy has now lost around 400lb (28.6 stone).
Taking to TikTok on Wednesday, Tammy showed off her much slimmer figure as she spent time with her nephew. In the video, the TV star sang along to a song with her sister Amy Slaton, who was stood off to the side.

Fans quickly rushed to the comments to congratulate Tammy on how far she's come. "I am so proud of you girl. You are an inspiration to many. big hugs," one person wrote.
Another said: "I'm so proud of you I've watched you forever and I'm happy for you.... YOU GO GIRL!!!!!" while a third fan commented: "It’s so lovely to see you well enough to play with the babies now xxx well done Tammy." Someone else added: "Tammy you inspire me everyday. Thank you for sharing you and your amazing family. I wish you nothing but the best girl XXOXXX."
The reality star has lost almost 30 stone (TLC)The new video comes after Tammy admitted she made a major change to herself amid her epic weight loss. She has become known for her witty one-liners and previously fumed at fans as she warned them "do not come for me". However, Tammy has calmed down recently.
In a TikTok video Tammy shared one message she received which read: "How come, you're not mouthy no more you act two [sic] serene." Tammy looked frustrated by the comment as she shook her head before pressing her hand to her forehead in annoyance.
Tammy furrowed her brows before shrugging and saying: "People change, that's all I can say. People change." She was met with a stream of supportive comments from fans how complimented her "growth".
