Mum begged sick teenagers to stop as they filmed themselves raping her
A mum desperately begged two teenagers to stop raping her - and filming the vile act - in her own flat.
The mother, who can't be named for legal reasons, was told to "shush" when one of the yobs put his hand over her mouth to silence her. Frantisek Bunda and Mario Zupko took turns to have illegal sexual activity with the woman during a 20-minute ordeal, a court was told.
After the horrific attack, the woman rushed to a neighbour’s house in Normanton, Derby, to call the police. When officers arrested the two, then aged 16 and 17, outside the property, Bunda went on what the prosecutor called "an alarming, unpleasant and misogynist" rant claiming the only reason the police were there was to also have sex with the victim.
Sitting at Derby Crown Court, Judge Shaun Smith KC sent Bunda to a young offender’s institution for four years and Zupko for four and a half years. The judge said: "What you did really beggars belief when you raped this young woman in her own home. You recorded it and I have watched only a few moments of the complete distress that was caused by your vile behaviour.
"The incident I saw was a few seconds but in total it lasted 20 minutes and she was clearly telling you that she did not want it to happen. She was asking you not to film it. After you are sentenced you two can get on with your lives but she will never forget what the two of you did to her in her own room."

The rapes took place in the early hours of August 3, 2021, Derbyshire Live reports. Abigail Joyce, prosecuting, said the victim was "clearly very drunk at the time" and was "humiliated and degraded" by the offenders, who had also been drinking alcohol. They turned up at her flat shortly before 4.30am. Miss Joyce said: "She said the taller one, Zupko, pushed her and started to kiss her forcefully and then the shorter one, Bunda, pushed Zupko out of the way and kissed her too.
"She recalls them following her to her room and being forced back on the bed and her clothes and underwear being taken off her. She continued to tell them to stop but one of them put his hand over her mouth and she was told to ‘shush’. She was crying and saying ‘no’ throughout, she said she just froze and that she kept her eyes closed because she did not want to see it. There was humiliation and degradation of the victim."
Miss Joyce said after the police were called and the defendants were arrested, both said the victim consented. But at a previous hearing at the same court in July, the men, now both 19, each pleaded guilty to rape and have no previous convictions of any kind.
Denney Lau, for Bunda, of Cavendish, Derby, said his client was aged 16 at the time and had "no previous sexual experience". He said: “Having spoken to him in great detail today he appears to be immature and his understanding is limited.
"His idea of rape is where you physically force yourself on an individual rather than consent but he now understands what he has committed. He is more mature now than at the time he committed the offence.”
Nicola Hunter, for unemployed Zupko, of Pear Tree, Derby, said her client was “shocked by his behaviour” on the night. She said: “There appears to be a lot of work to be done to undo, perhaps, the attitudes that have been instilled in him throughout his childhood.” As well as the custodial terms, Judge Smith placed both teenagers on the sex offender register for life.
