Dillon Danis finally explains why he pulled out of KSI fight in lie detector

Dillon Danis has finally explained, while plugged into a lie detector, why he decided not to fight KSI with just ten days until fight night earlier this year.

The Bellator MMA star was due to face KSI back in January at Misfits 004, but pulled out with just over a week until the bout was due to take place. He was quickly replaced by YouTube star Faze Temperrr, who the Brit knocked out within a round at the OVO Arena Wembley.

Danis has since signed up to fight Logan Paul this weekend in the co-headliner of KSI vs Tommy Fury, but fans are concerned that he may skip that fight as well. And while participating in a lie detector challenge for DAZN Boxing's YouTube channel, he refused to confirm that the fight was going to happen.

Asked by host Ashley Tebi from Rak-Su if he pulled out of the fight due to being scared, Danis was deemed to be telling the truth when he replied "no". When he was asked if he regretted not taking the fight, Danis was again adjudged to be truthful when he answered "no".

"He's a p****," Danis continued. "I just think KSI's a nobody, it was a lose-lose for me and beating him was like 'who cares?' I don't know, I didn't really care about fighting him at all. I think me and the Pauls have had a lot of history and there's a lot more storyline, me and KSI never had a storyline.

"I think he's a loser, he's not a real fighter, he's a video gamer, brought nothing to me. Logan has actually boxed Floyd Mayweather so at least he brings a little bit of credibility and it's better. I think KSI sucks and I would have starched him... He's working for me, I sold this whole fight so he's my b****, tell him to take the bandana off and show his forehead, both of them!"

Danis and Paul's fight has proven to be the most intriguing on the card, with the pair engaging in a bitter feud over the months since it was announced this summer. The MMA star has been relentless in his social media campaign against both his rival and his fiancee Nina Agdal, who has filed a lawsuit against him alleging a number of crimes.
