'Best electric toothbrush' that 'makes teeth feel so clean' sees big price drop

Amazon Prime Big Deal Day is finally here and shoppers are bagging absolute bargains from the likes of popular brands including Ninja, Shark, and LEGO.

Amazon's own devices are seeing some of the biggest price cuts, with Amazon knocking £300 off Fire TVs and up to 30% off home security products.

But that's not all that shoppers have to be excited about, there's a real buzz on the shopping giant's site if you're looking to save money on electric toothbrushes. Naturally more expensive than a manual toothbrush, an electric device can cost up to £500 for the latest models so nabbing one when it's discounted could see you making a huge saving.

First up, we have our Mirror Choice favourite toothbrush - the Philips Sonicare Diamond Prestige 9000 which has been slashed in price by 25%. The device is now £224.99 in the Prime Day sale, from its original price of £299.99.

The Philips Sonicare toothbrush is £75 cheaper on Amazon than the same model on Boots and a huge £325 cheaper than on the Philips website.

Shoppers can also find big savings on Oral-B products, including another Mirror Choice approved gadget - the Oral-B Pro Series 3. Originally £160, Amazon are offering two of these toothbrushes (one black and one pink) for just £64.99. The device has received over 7,000 five star reviews on Amazon, and one shopper even hailed it as "the best electric toothbrush ever."

It's also an excellent time to stock up on your toothbrush heads with the Precision Clean Electric Heads dropping by 15% to £21.99 for 12 heads in the Prime Day sale. Any Oral-B brush head will work on their devices so you won't have to worry about matching a specific one up.

If teeth whitening is on your agenda, Colgate's Max White Ultimate At Home LED Kit has been dropped by half price, to £50 in the Prime Deal Day and you can shop a number of water flossing devices available for a discounted price. Currys is also holding a sale with discounts on electric toothbrushes.
