Love Island star announces romantic engagement to stunning partner§ in Thailand
Love Island star Jamie Clayton is engaged to long-term girlfriend Harriette - three years after his stint on the reality dating show.
The reality TV star and recruitment company owner, 30, popped the question during the couple's intimate and romantic vacation in Thailand. The couple appeared madly in love in love during the joyous occasion.
In a clip uploaded to the star's Instagram page, Harriet has a hand clasped to her mouth while a grinning Jamie holds onto an engagement ring after getting down on one knee. The proposal takes place on the picturesque backdrop of the tropical island of Krabi, with an amazing view of the beach.
Harriette said: "I couldn’t say YES quick enough. What a surprise, I’ll love you forever and more." During his experience on the ITV2 show in 2020, Jamie was introduced as a bombshell. Sadly his time in the villa was cut short after he was dumped from the island, alongside Natalia Zoppa, Callum Jones, and Molly Smith - just days before the final.

However, at the time, her representative denied they were an item in a statement which read, "Jamie and Eve are friends and enjoy sharing their Love Island memories, there is nothing more in this instance."

After his time in the villa, Jamie returned to his job as a recruitment consultant. He recently left the UK to start a recruitment company with business partner Calum White, named White & Clayton recruitment.
They wrote on Instagram at the time: "White & Clayton Recruitment has officially opened its doors! Specialising in recruiting positions from Graduate to Executive level within FMCG across the globe. The journey begins, watch this space!"
