Stacey Solomon overcome with emotion after boy explains why he doesn't like toys
Stacey Solomon got a little emotional after a young boy explained why he doesn't like toys.
The star returned to our screens on Sort Your Life Out on Thursday night and things took a surprise turn when she chatted to Jacob. The mum-of-five said she was left 'quite sad' after she told her why he doesn't play like he used to on her BBC show.
The lads said: "The reason why I would like a tidy bedroom is so I can actually do things in it. Mainly I just play Fortnight." Stacey jumped in and asked him: "You like stuff online because it doesn't take up any room?" Jacob replied: "Digital things, no space, real things, space."
Stacey was felt a little take aback as he blitzed his toy section - which had over 1,000 toys in it - in under 10 minutes. She then told the camera: "I don't think Jacob has actually played with most of the toys in his room. At one point Jacob said to me 'Games are much better because they don't take up any space whereas toys do' and I just thought aww.
Stacey celebrates her own and Rose's birthday"So as amazing as it was to see him go through it so quickly and you know have no sentimental value it actually made me quite sad." Jacob loved the finished result of his room, saying: "I'm too hyper to even think straight."

Stacey on Wednesday celebrated her 34th birthday and daughter Rose's 2nd birthday in a sweet way. Taking to her Instagram page, Stacey posted a number of adorable pictures of her and daughter Rose - while also revealing the exciting things they got up to on their big day. One of the snaps showed the mother-and-daughter duo in matching t-shirts with big grins on their faces.
To mark the special occasion and told her followers that she and Rose ate a cake for their breakfast and had an eventful morning playing with the toddler's doll house before heading out to lunch. Her post read: "34 & 2. The best gift I ever got on my birthday was you Rose. It’s a dream sharing this special day with you. Happy birthday darling girl. 2 years have bloomin' flown by and I’m already excited for 18-50 it’ll be here before we know it no doubt! To the moon and back baby girl.
She added: "We had the best day. Rose LOVED her dolls house so so much. We played ALL morning. It was cake for breakfast. Then Rose had her taster day at nursery & the school mums & my sister took me out for lunch then we did the school pick ups together in tutus & played some more dolls house with the boys. Now it’s time for dinner and more cake with a side of nail art. Thank you for all of your lovely birthday wishes love you all xxx'
