EastEnders exit for Sharon sealed ahead of Christmas wedding and murder
EastEnders have teased an exit for Sharon - ahead of a Christmas wedding and murder.
One man will die on Sharon's wedding day this Christmas, with The Six women - Denise (Diane Parish), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), Linda (Kellie Bright), Sharon (Letitia Dean), Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Suki ( Balvinder Sopal ) - all seemingly involved.
Next week on the BBC soap, there is a hint about Sharon departing the show as she gets a request from boxing promoter Dorian. She is excited by his arrival and soon they head to the Queen Vic to get a drink and discuss business.
Despite their troubles, Sharon lets Keanu look after Albie but he struggles after seeing her all dolled up for her meeting. As they toast to their business relationship, Dorian tells Sharon there's a job for her in Abu Dhabi if she wants it.
Keanu, meanwhile, is left fuming when he sees Darion giving Sharon flowers and a kiss on the cheek. He takes Albie out for the day, without telling her, and Karen is thrilled to tell Sharon that they've gone. Later, an angry Sharon heads to Karen's and warns her that Keanu needs to bring Albie back soon or she'll call the police. He arrives back just in time, and she demands to know where he's been.
EastEnders' Jake Wood's snap of son has fans pointing out the pair's likenessThe next day, Keanu apologises to Sharon but she is adamant that they need someone to sit in when they discuss Albie's childcare. Keanu, joined by Karen, later meets with Sharon and her solicitor as she drops a huge bombshell - but what is it, and is she leaving?
Sharon will play a huge part in this Christmas murder storyline, as Letitia explained how great it has been working with her fellow matriarchs of Walford, including Gillian, Diane, Kellie, Lacey and Balvinder.
Speaking back in February, she said: "It was just great. They’re all such fantastic actresses and we always have a great time on set together. We we’re filming a pretty intense scene but we made sure we had time for a good giggle as we always do. I’ve known some of these ladies for such a long time, which is great because the longer you’ve worked together, the more you all get each other’s rhythms and we know what works between us. It’s also been great working with Bal more closely, I’ve done a few scenes with her as our characters have been linked in the past but it’s been wonderful to do more with her and I love them all dearly."
