Paris Fury shares hectic day of 'keeping family alive' after giving birth to 7th child

Tyson Fury unfortunately missed the birth of his seventh child by hours, his wife Paris has shared. The boxer left her bedside to go and train after her labour was seemingly progressing slowly.

The couple believed that their new arrival would not make an appearance until the following day. But soon after he left, things quickly progressed and she welcomed a little boy into the world with her mum as her birthing partner. Tyson then rushed over to meet his son "soon after" his arrival, Paris said. It comes as Tyson is "fully immersed" in training camp after he decided to end his retirement from the sport.

"Usually he's there by my side," Paris told OK!. "But he had to bail out because he’s fully immersed in training at camp."

She added: "Things were going quite slowly, so it seemed like the baby wasn’t going to come until the next day. Tyson left and my mum came in, she was my second birthing partner. His dad came in and saw him soon after."

The 33-year-old has revealed that her tot's name is Prince Rico Paris Fury, and he will be known as Rico. This is in tribute to Tyson's cousin, Rico Burton, who was stabbed to death in August last year. Fans saw the boxer's reaction to the heartbreaking news on the family's hugely popular Netflix reality show, At Home With The Furys.

The family are now in talks for a second series of At Home With The Furys. Viewers got a glimpse into the family's life, including how Tyson deals with his bipolar disorder. Tyson's brother, Tommy Fury, and his fiancé Molly-Mae Hague, also appeared on the show.

The Love Island couple are yet to meet the family's latest bundle of joy, but Paris said that she is looking forward to Rico meeting the pair's daughter, Bambi. She said: "They both sent some lovely flowers and Molly messaged me. I would be really nice for the baby and their daughter Bambi, to be close, but our lives are just so busy.

"Tommy’s in a training camp ready to fight in a few weeks, Tyson is off in his training camp, I’m at home with a newborn, Molly’s off doing her businesses. It’s hard to make that time and it’s a shame. We need to get that time together because they grow up so fast!"

Following the success of the Netflix show, Paris has been praised by fans for how she raises her children and supports her husband. The mum has since faced accusations that she has a 'secret' nanny, but she rebuffed this.

She said: "I've got friends, family, a babysitter. How else am I going to go out on a date night if I don’t have someone to look after the kids? My kids are at home constantly. Two of the kids are being home schooled now."

Paris added that two of her children are home schooled by a tutor. "I like my kids being at home and I like them learning from me and Tyson," she said. The couple's other sons all share the name Prince, with Tyson previously saying that this is because he is the 'King.' He added that they have to earn their names, although all are known by their middle names to save confusion.

Alongside their newborn, the pair share children: Venezuela, 14, Prince John James, 10, Prince 'Tutty' Tyson, six, Valencia, five, Prince Adonis Amaziah Fury, four, and Athena, two. Little Rico came into the world at 2.29am on September 18 weighing 6lb 13oz.

Paris said that she was nervous prior to his arrival after her last child, Athena, stopped breathing shortly after she was delivered. "I had a lot of hesitation after Athena's birth," the mum shared. "Tyson and I talked about it and he was actually more worried than me.

"But I just had this urge to have another baby. I spoke to a lot of specialists, but it turns out that with Athena it was just a fluke."
