Megan McKenna shows healing facial scars in loved-up snap after horror burns
Former TOWIE star Megan McKenna has shown off her facial burns that appear to now be healing after she shared the gruesome burns with fans last month.
The country singer's face still bore the scars but they looked to be healing as she cosied up to fiancé Oliver Burke as they cuddled in the kitchen of their new home. The couple moved in together last month after announcing their engagement in June, after Oliver proposed with a romantic holiday proposal.
Megan looked ready for the colder season as she posed in a grey polo neck dress and kept her makeup minimal, with her dark hair sleek behind her ears. In one of the snaps, Megan beamed for the camera as Oliver kissed her cheek. In the picture, the burns she suffered last month due to hot gravy being poured on her were visible but appeared to be healing nicely.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the singer showed off the extent of her injuries whilst explaining how the freak accident happened whilst enjoying a Sunday dinner.
She told her followers: "So before you freak - I’ve had a bit of an accident as you can see. On the weekend I was at my mum's and we were having dinner and she walked over with the gravy pot. Daisy (the dog) got underneath her feet, she tripped over Daisy, and grabbed the gravy pot but the gravy inside flopped out and landed on my head."

She continued: "Honestly, you can’t even write it. It’s obviously caught the side of my face. It looks so much better now, it’s in the healing process, so it’s a little bit rank. It’s on my nose. I’ve got a huge blister behind my ear. My ear feels like it’s hanging off."

She also told followers that she knew they might start to worry if she hadn't posted on social media as she added: "The reason I wanted to do a little video is because it is my birthday in a couple of days and I want to post and I haven’t posted and I didn’t want you messaging going ‘oh my god what’s happened’. Absolute nightmare, but I am on the mend and it’s all good. And I still love gravy."
The star got engaged to her footballer beau Oliver Burke in the summer after he popped the question in June whilst on holiday. In the elaborate proposal, Megan was led down to the beach in a motorboat with her eyes obsured by a blindfold. As he told her to whip off the blindfold, Oliver was down on one knee in front of her, scattered rose petals covering the deck, as he asked her to be his wife.
