Jennifer Lopez enjoyed 'space' from Ben Affleck on nights out with pals
Jennifer Lopez reportedly enjoyed some time away from her husband Ben Affleck whilst at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), with it said to have "done them the world of good".
The singer, 54, was among the celebrities in New York City earlier this month during the biannual fashion conference. Jennifer is understood to have attended some runway shows and she was spotted alongside various other guests.
She reportedly was away without her husband Ben, 51, who's said to have stayed in Los Angeles with their respective children. It's been suggested that getting to party with her pals on her own has proved beneficial for the couple.

They said: "It's opened her eyes to how much fun she can have without Ben - especially as he can be such an awkward bore at these events."
The source added the couple would spend time together "soon enough," and suggested that Jennifer getting to see pals on the other side of the US had been a welcomed change. They said her catching up with family and "fashion friends" on the East Coast had been "a breath of fresh air".

It's been reported that her husband Ben Affleck didn't accompany her on the trip to New York (FilmMagic)It was suggested that Ben would "roll his eyes" and try to avoid members of the fashion clique. The source continued by saying that Jennifer - who grew up in New York City - enjoyed seeing her pals without her husband.
The source claimed that Jennifer "loves sipping cocktails with the fash-pack without worrying that [recovering alcoholic] Ben will disapprove or be tempted". And it was further alleged to the outlet recently: "It's done them the world of good and she's not missed him one little bit!"

They said that in hindsight she feels it was something she was "seriously lacking in her life for way too long".
And it was further claimed by the source that Jennifer - who is preparing to release her latest album This Is Me... Now - doesn't enjoy being a "full-time housewife". The source continued by discussing Jennifer's husband Ben.
The source said that Academy Award winner Ben allegedly used to "crave excitement and spontaneity" whilst married to his now ex-wife Jennifer Garner. They however claimed that he "can't seem to handle it" in his current marriage.
