The Only Way Is Essex icon Bobby Norris recently bid farewell to his lip fillers as he had them dissolved after "falling down a rabbit hole" of getting procedures done.

Bobby, 37, first announced his intentions to get his lip fillers removed in February after admitting he went 'too far' with the procedures. Two months later, he shared an informational video from the clinic as he prepared to start a brand new journey of being filler-free.

His journey to obtaining a more natural look began at the beginning of 2022 and, after many months, the final element was removing his lip fillers. At the time, he admitted he 'couldn’t bear to look at them in the mirror for one more day' and immediately contacted the doctor to help him with his transformation.

And now, the reality star opened up about his incredible journey with the Mirror and revealed it was all thanks to lockdown when he began turning his life around for the better. It started with making the decision to quit smoking and getting into fitness before he made one final move to dissolve the fillers.

Bobby - who is currently supporting the Stoptober campaign to help people quit smoking - revealed he forgot how much filler he got in the beginning and soon, the months quickly went by. Speaking exclusively to us, he said: "There's never enough hours in the day and I fell down a rabbit hole of adding fillers and getting stuff done.

"And you kind of forget where you started because you wake up the next day and then you look how you look and then a few weeks or months down the line, you do a little bit more but you're never looking back to day one before it all started." Bobby never noticed how far he went with the fillers until the coronavirus lockdown began.

At the time, when the entire nation was stuck at home, the repeat episodes of the original TOWIE were airing on television and he was faced with how he used to look. "I was seeing my life flash before me like years [passing by] in hours and days," the TV personality continued.

Bobby went on to discuss how vile trolls would react to his fillers on his social media pages. Not only did they attack him for his appearance, but they also made cruel comments about his sexuality. "A lot of trolls would like to slag me off for my sexuality and how I look and stuff," he said. "I would never change to please anyone else."

The star added: "I was down this rabbit hole and I couldn't see how much I was doing and how much I was changing... I was getting comments like, 'You look like Kris Jenner'." However, he said he wasn't "overly offended" by the comments as he's a big fan of the Kardashian momager and called her a 'very clever woman'.

During the same chat, Bobby discussed the incredible work of the Stoptober campaign - which aims to help those who are serious about quitting smoking. According to the NHS website, stopping smoking for 28 days means you're five times more likely to give up for good.

"I think it's such an incredible campaign they do," Bobby told us. "For so many reasons. I mean, me myself personally. I have smoked for pretty much 20 years and I haven't smoked now for like three and a half years. And I know how hard it can be to give up smoking. But the beauty of Stoptober is that there are thousands of people doing it at the same time.

"There are so many resources on the website. And if there's ever a time you want to give up, this is the best time you can try and quit the habit because so many people in that boat, you're all together."

Malin Andersson and Bobby Norris are supporting this year’s Stoptober campaign and are encouraging the nation’s smokers to give quitting a go this October. Stoptober is based on evidence showing that if you can make it to 28 days smoke-free, you're five times more likely to quit for good. For free support, search ‘Stoptober’.
