Blur musician Damon Albarn has been seen at London Fashion Week with rarely seen daughter Missy as they attended the Burberry Spring Summer 2024 fashion show.

The pair looked stylish in coordinated check outfits as they attended the fashion event in London. Britpop star Damon wore black and blue whilst 23-year-old daughter Missy opted for clashing red and yellow prints instead. Damon accessorised his black and blue check jacket with a silver chain and a pair of dark sunglasses.. Whereas daughter Missy went for an eclectic look as she paired a red and black checked jacket with black fluffy ear muffs.

The rare father daughter moment comes just a few months after Damon split from his partner of 25 years Suzi Winstanley. The couple had been together since 1998 and despite being together for over two decades and sharing a daughter, the couple never tied the knot.

The split has reportedly left artist Suzi 'devastated' at shock split, with a source close to the artist describing it as a "sad time". A source told the Daily Mail in July: "Suzi is heartbroken at their relationship ending. Even though they have been living in the showbiz bubble where so many couples struggle, they had been together for a very long time. It is a really sad time for everyone involved."

No reason has been given for the split between the pair, although it's believed that Damon has moved out of their shared home in London's Notting Hill.

Damon has also reportedly wrote emotional lyrics about his 25-year relationship coming to an end on Blur’s brand-new album. The album, which is titled, The Ballad of Darren, is said to have been written during the time Damon's relationship with Suzi was ending and the singer 'was not in the best of places' while penning the songs, the publication reports.

In particular, one song named 'Goodbye Albert' appears to reference the end of a long and happy relationship as the lyrics read: "Goodbye to you and me, goodbye to the shallows like refugees singing, crossed the world, we disappeared, and no one looks to see if we are coming back soon, I was not ready yet."

Earlier this year Damon hinted at struggles in his personal life, as he told French magazine Paris Match: "The last few months, the last year has not been easy. But the music allows me to 'bring out' all that. That is to say, it's the only way I know to overcome this sort of event. And it's cheaper than therapy."
