Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle's Spotify page hacked with explicit album
Susan Boyle has had her Spotify page hacked after someone added an X-rated titled album to her playlist.
The Scottish singer, 62, who stunned us all with her beautiful version of I Dreamed A Dream on Britain's Got Talent in 2009, has a number of songs on the music site, including Wild Horses, Oh Happy Day and Somewhere Out There. However, underneath the 'popular releases' section is an album with a bright pink cover, entitled: "A**l Queen."
After spotting the imposter on the streaming site, one eagled-eyed fan took to X, formerly Twitter, asking: "Who has hacked Susan Boyle’s Spotify may I ask?" The album, which bears the name Lina Mae and Serenity Mae on the eye-catching cover, is not part of SuBo's back catalogue and many fans demanded it was removed from the music streaming site immediately. One went so far as to ask for the Prime Minister's assistance, posting: @RishiSunak can we please get this issue addressed subo is a national treasure."
Susan shot to fame on BGT when she performed the Les Miserable classic and returned to the show this year to sing the song which made her a star. After shunning the spotlight for a number of years, the shy Scot beamed at the audience at the Eventim Apollo in London when she was given a standing ovation.
However, following her performance, Susan opened up to hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly about her disappearance from the showbiz circuit, explaining she had suffered a stroke. "Susan, it is so lovely to see you, welcome," gushed Dec before he added: "It's hard to believe that you appeared on this show in 2009, 14 years ago. How does it feel to be back at BGT?"
Love Island breaks record as Molly-Mae Hague became parent to 8th baby from showThe 62-year-old responded: "It feels great," which saw the audience give her a loud cheer as she continued: "It's really good. It's extra special for me actually, last April there, I suffered a minor stroke and I thought it'd be crazy to be back on stage and I have done it." Show boss Simon Cowell went on to praise Susan, revealing he had known the singing sensation had been unwell during her secret health struggles.
Susan often keeps a low profile when she's not working and rarely gives fans an insight into her life, but did pop up in a photo with Peter Kay when they reunited in May. The pals posed for a snap together as Susan visited the Phoenix Nights star during his live comedy tour, Peter Kay Live! in Glasgow. The photo, which was posted on Susan's official Instagram page, was captioned: "A reunion 12 years in the making! Susan Boyle & Peter Kay back together again after she went to see his hilariously brilliant show 'Peter Kay Live' in Glasgow."
