Princess Beatrice's husband has shared a rare glimpse of their daughter Sienna as the couple celebrate her second birthday.

Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi took to Instagram to share a photo of the toddler, who is largely kept away from the public eye. In the adorable snap, Sienna can be seen in a cute floral red dress along with a sombrero hat as she walks along the footpath. Sharing a heartwarming message on his daughter's birthday, Edo wrote: "Happy Birthday Baby Girl. You bring us so much love and joy every day." He followed the sweet message with three red heart emojis.

Sienna is a great-granddaughter of the late Queen, granddaughter to Prince Andrew and Fergie and 10th in line to the throne. She was born in 2021 at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London and was given the full name Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi by her proud parents. Edoardo also has a son Christopher Woolf 'Wolfie' from his previous relationship with architect Dara Huang - meaning 35-year-old Beatrice is his stepmum.

The meaning behind Sienna's first name was explained by a family friend who told Hello!: "They were looking for an Italian name which started with an S for Sarah, to honour the Duchess [Sarah Ferguson], and also reflected the golden rust colour of both the Duchess's hair colour and Beatrice's, which the new baby shares."

Unlike her cousins, Sienna is actually eligible for a royal title - and it's not down to her mum Beatrice, it's all thanks to dad Edo. Edo is actually an Italian count, which means his children also inherit a count or countess title. Speaking to the Daily Mail, Edoardo's dad, Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi, explained: "Edoardo is the only male descendent taking the family into the next generation. He is a count, his wife will be a countess automatically and any of their children will be counts or nobile donna."

Last week Beatrice and Edo made a stunning red carpet appearance as they attended London's Vogue World star-studded style extravaganza. The event acted as a fundraiser for Britain's performing arts scene and at the helm was Vogue's Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.

Beatrice stunned in a Richard Quinn gown, which she paired with a bold red lip, while Edo opted for a striking white dinner jacket. he pair were also joined by Beatrice's younger sister Eugenie, who dazzled in a beautiful green Fendi gown with sparkling silver rhinestone shoes.

And in another adoring message, Edo posted a photo of him and Beatrice together on Instagram as they posed up a storm on the red carpet. He accompanied the snap with the message: "My beautiful wife, bringing joy to my life" and followed up with a red heart.
