Starring Denzel Washington, Jared Leto, and Rami Malek, The Little Things is a powerhouse film, but its thrilling nature may have proved too much for some, as some fans couldn't stand to watch it.

The movie synopsis on IMDB reads: "Kern County Deputy Sheriff Joe Deacon is sent to Los Angeles for what should have been a quick evidence-gathering assignment. Instead, he becomes embroiled in the search for a serial killer who is terrorising the city."

The Little Things sends fans back in time to the 1990s and puts the protagonist right in the centre of danger. Even though the movie only gained a meagre 6.3/10 on IMDB, people are giving it a chance all over again.

The film was released in 2021, but its recent addition to Netflix has breathed new life into it and the fan reactions are everything. According to them, the thrills and fears start immediately, forcing them to shut it off.

One shocked viewer wrote: "Watching The Little Things on Netflix and the first 2 minutes are so scary I’m not sure I can continue." Another fan got more precise. They said: "2min 52 sec into Netflix the little things & it’s made me so anxious I’ve had to turn it off."

If fans are interested, they'll need to find out what happens themselves. Apparently, as long as fear doesn't dissuade them, the movie itself may be good. Overlooking that low IMDB score, a fan applauded the film in the old trailer's comments. They wrote: "Leto is amazing in this. We’ve seen lots of creeps in the movies but he created someone original here. His walk, his gaze, his speech... very strange, at times humorous and altogether chilling."

That being said, some Twitter users weren't quite so full of praise for the movie. One passionately wrote: "Don't waste your time with The Little Things on Netflix. Possibly the sh**test end to a movie that I can think of. You have to deal with a slow moving film with no resolution."
