Calvin Harris and Vick Hope's secret romance as they ignore lavish wedding
Calvin Harris and Vick Hope said "I do" in a lavish wedding ceremony over the weekend, but have ignored their big day on social media.
The DJ, 39, and the radio host, 33, tied the knot at Hulne Priory in Alnwick, Northumberland. The couple had a star-studded day with Nile Rodgers and Chic performing at their wedding reception. Stars including AJ Odudu, BBC Radio's Vernon Kay, Scott Mills, and Vick's co-presenter Jordan North attended the lavish ceremony. However, the couple have kept their romance low key since they first started dating.
Their engagement came as a surprise last May when Vick was pictured with a huge rock on her wedding finger at the Chelsea Flower Show. A source said at the time: "Calvin and Vick’s relationship has moved quickly but they’re smitten with each other. They could not be happier and are already planning their wedding, which is set to take place in Ibiza, where they grew close during Vick’s secret visits to the White Isle.

Vick and Calvin have kept each other off their social media, with just a few rare snaps posted. Last month, Vick shared a pic of Calvin on a fun-filled trip to Ibiza as they enjoyed a outing at the famous outdoor club Ushuaia. Vick looked gorgeous in a halter neck patterned dress, showing her toned torso, as chart-topping DJ Calvin stood behind her in a white patterned shirt and black jeans. They both smiled at the camera in the rare picture together.
It was reported the couple were planning on wedding in Ibiza, but opted for an English ceremony instead. A source toldThe Sun:"Calvin and Vick have kept their relationship out of the public eye for the most part, so aren’t having a massive wedding to parade their love in front of the world. Instead they want it to be a much more intimate and simple day. They have been planning it for months and everything is now coming together."

Vick is best known as the co-host of Radio 1 Drivetime show alongside I'm A Celebrity star Jordan North. Whilst world-famous DJ Calvin has had a string of famous relationships in the past, including Rita Ora – who he dated from 2013 until 2014 – and Taylor Swift – who dated Calvin from 2015 until 2016. Back in May, Vick showed off her huge engagement ring at the BAFTA TV Awards. She looked goregous as she proudly wore her new bling on the red carpet.
The radio DJ did share a glimpse into her boozy hen do - which her friends called a 'hun do' - on her Instagram Stories with her 262,000 followers. Vick and her pals seemed to have rented a huge old house for the celebrations. Along with a swanky dinner, the group of friends enjoyed endless drinks, dancing, and partying. At one point, Vick was given a lap dance by a group of men as she laughed at the absurdity of it all and gave one person a playful smack on the bum. It wasn't all partying and drinking as the group of pals all rocked grey dressing gowns during the day as they got pampered.
