It's certainly the movie of the year, maybe even the decade. Many of us anticipated its launch since its first tease back in the summer of 2022 - so when it finally arrived in cinemas worldwide this August, it certainly didn't disappoint, and the numbers are here to prove it. Since its release the feel good movie has taken a staggering £1.4 billion at the global box office.

Yep, the Barbie movie has been a huge hit with young and old, parents and kids alike, with many fans claiming to have watched the feel good movie more than once, well basically until it was no longer available to watch at UK cinemas. Prime members can pre-order the Barbie movie for £19.99 ahead of its release. If you're not already a Prime Video member it's super easy to sign up for as little as £5.99 per month to gain access to 'thousands of free and paid for popular movies, TV shows and award-winning Amazon Originals'.

Barbie will be available to rent on Sky Store from Tuesday, September 12. The price it will cost to rent the movie hasn't been released yet.

On Sky Store you can watch your purchases on up to four compatible devices and if you're a Sky subscriber you can send your Buy & Keep purchases to a compatible Sky box.

Sky Cinema (not to watch Barbie)

If you're a fan of watching movies in general then there's a few streaming subscription options with Sky, so there's likely to be one that will suit your needs.
