Hollyoaks' Abi Phillips has been rushed to hospital after being robbed in Ibiza.
The actress, 29, who played Liberty Savage in the Channel 4 soap, shared a photo of herself on Instagram with a cannula inserted into her arm. Abi captioned the picture: “1 stolen phone and 18 hours in A&E later,” with an upside down emoji.
The Summer Sunshine singer is yet to update her followers on her health, but did share a snap of herself on her Instagram Stories sampling the nightlife on the Spanish party island, sporting a black bralette, mesh top and denim shorts. She captioned the post: "Suing Ibiza for theft and attempted murder it was worth it though."

The actress played Liberty Savage in the Channel 4 soap (INSTAGRAM)In May this year, the actress who was in Hollyoaks from 2010 - 2013, was praised by her followers for revealing she had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Wearing a face mask and hospital gown in a series of selfies, the actress told her fans: "So, I took these pictures before my scans and after my biopsy having a good old laugh about how ridiculously dressed up I looked in the hospital before a gig, not expecting for one moment to get the news that I did two weeks later."
Abi went on to explain she had previously visited doctors to get two lumps in her neck tested, but was told there was nothing wrong. However, the star sought a second opinion for "peace of mind". "I'd previously been sent away from the doctors after having found two lumps in my neck, they'd passed it off and said I was 'young' and it wouldn't be anything and I was 'probably getting over a cold' or my body was 'fighting something off'," she continued in her post.

The actress concluded her post, thanking Love Island's Demi Jones, who underwent a full thyroidectomy after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer in May 2021. Praising her bravery, Abi said: "I never thought I would be told that I have cancer at the age of 28, you never think it's going to happen to you. I wouldn't have taken things further with seeing a specialist if I hadn't seen @demijones1 post as her lumps were in the exact same place as mine."
In happier news, Abi revealed she got engaged earlier this year to her partner of 11 years. Sharing a snap of her beau and her sparkler in front of a gorgeous Italian sunset, she shared: “So this happened last night! The most magical week in Lake Garda, with my favourite person in the world ended with us getting engaged. The last 11 years together have been the best of my life and I’m so looking forward to forever together. Thank you for making this trip the most incredible week, it will forever hold a place in my heart. I love you so much!"
