Aussie candidly apologises to Brits and admits heat in UK is different

British summertime is hit and miss, but one thing Brits do in harmony is complain about the weather. Whether it's too hot, too cold, raining too much, or too dry, there's never an apt forecast for us, especially in the summer. When we're blessed with a snippet of sunshine, it can be blissful, but as we all know, Britain is not well equipped for the heat.
When it gets to over 20 degrees, it starts to become hard for us, much to the amusement of other countries, which laugh at Brits for struggling in 20-degree heat. However, an Aussie woman has apologised for ever laughing at people complaining about the heat in the UK.
TikToker Emily Brogan explained that 28-degree heat in Britain is different from 28-degree heat in Australia". She admitted she struggled in the British summer heat and admitted she felt drained and was struggling. Something she would have never done in Australia in 28-degree heat.
In her video, she revealed: "I would walk around like, oh my god, this heat, this weather. I was dying; it was 28 degrees. If I did this in Australia, I would be deported from the country, I'd be embarrassed, and I just wouldn't say that."
Shocked at the difference, Emily apologised to British people for making comments on how they handle the heat as she captioned the video: "My deepest apologies to the Brits," and she continued: "28 degrees in Australia is very different, here it's f***ed. No wonder you guys prefer the low 20s because low 20s here is hot.

"I just did not expect it. I'm trying to convince myself I prefer winter, but I definitely don't, but we had just one week of sun here. I'm trying to convince myself on the pros of winter coming and fast approaching."
Other users were quick to agree with Emily's point, and one tried to give a suggestion as to why and wrote: "The reason why it feels so much hotter in the UK is because the houses are designed to keep heat in the house as the UK is usually more to the cold side," whilst another added: "British heat is something else."
