Victoria Beckham dons tiny shorts on holiday while David does push-ups
David and Victoria Beckham has proved they are still in their prime, while soaking up the Croatian sun on a lavish retreat.
Taking to Instagram, Posh Spice, 49, defied the ageing process by sharing a snap of herself in a navy swimsuit and some tiny shorts as she posed by a waterside sunset. Rocking an au natural look and oozing confidence, Victoria opted for a tied back ponytail and little-to-no makeup as her tan beamed through in the glowing photo taken in front of a stunning sunset.
Footballing hubby David, meanwhile, showed he's still the epitome of fitness, with the 48-year-old performing numerous push-ups in front of a picture-perfect, sporting a pair of bright white shorts in a video shared by his former Spice Girls wife in the same Instagram post.
Taking to Instagram and sharing the insight into their romantic European getaway, Victoria, wrote: "Last day of summer. I love u @davidbeckham," with a sun emoji. And it didn't take fans long to flood the comments section of the post yesterday, each of which wishing the power couple well while piling on the compliments. One, wrote: "Glow and glow," while another, added: "So Beautiful."

You yourself look like a 25 year old - still." The savvy getaway comes as the family celebrate Romeo Beckham's 21st birthday in the sun, with both Posh and Becks taking to Instagram to wish their middle child well on the big day.

In a later post – which showed various photos of the family spending time together as well as Romeo's rise to adulthood – Posh Spice took the opportunity to pay tribute to her son Romeo as he turns 21 today. In the caption of the adorable montage, she wrote: "Happy Birthday @RomeoBeckham…. The sweetest, kindest and most generous soul. We are so proud of you and we love you more than words can express, you are our everything xx Kisses @DavidBeckham @BrooklynPeltzBeckham @CruzBeckham #HarperSeven".
David also shared a video of his own, writing: "Happy 21st Birthday to my little man Dad is so proud of the person that you have become, kind , generous and passionate about what you love , keep being you and dream big we love u so much x." [sic]
Other highlights from the family of six's trip away under the Croatian sun include a short snap of Cruz playing Here Comes The Sun by the water on an acoustic guitar, a family yacht trip, and David and Victoria sharing a kiss under stunning red skies. David is better known for his illustrious footballing career, breaking through the youth ranks of Manchester United before making his senior debut in 1992. He would remain with the club until 2003, before joining the Galacticos of Real Madrid for four years.
He would then move on to play for LA Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint Germain before wrapping his career up in 2013. On an international level, Beckham would represent England between 1996 and 2009 – racking up 115 caps for his country.
Victoria, on the other hand, would find fame through pop group the Spice Girls in the 1990s. The group would achieve a number of prestigious Brit, American Music, Billboard MTV Europe and World Music Awards, as well as becoming the best-selling British act of the 1990s with their more than 100million copies sold worldwide.
She would marry David in July 1999, before launching a successful self-titled fashion brand in 2008.
